I have used this service without complaint until recently! This is the third parcel which has not been picked up when it should have been. I just love staying in all day I do not have anything better to do like go to work!! My customers are starting to think I am playing them for fools.

I use this company all the time. not any more. A delivery I paid for in December did not get delivered. I have just had a delivery done and one of the items was damaged. 3 emails and a telephone call later, I still have not had an answer. I now have to post my goods again and pay postage. Trying to ring this company is a nightmare.

Very poor - the driver left package on the doorstep then drove off before I had time to answer the door!! Had I not been in it could have sat there all day without me knowing!!

My parcel arrived on the day stated in a text I had received which was sent on the morning of delivery. However the text stated it would be with me between 5.30pm & 6.30pm. However it was quite fortunate that I had returned home at noon that day & had planned to stay in that afternoon as the parcel delivery driver knocked on my door at 1.30 pm some 4 to 5 hours earlier than the message I'd received. If it had been a delivery date for another day I would not have been available to take receipt of the parcel. What is the point of sending customers messages on the exact morning of delivery. Stating that they will be delivered at a specific time and their delivery driver turn up 4 to 5 hours earlier. To be honest it's not good customer relations, How do you know a person will be available on the day. I suggest that a message is sent the day before so a customer can arrange for someone to be available. Well that is providing the delivery driver delivers the parcel at the time stated on the message and not hours before the time given. Very upset lady from Scunthorpe, Extremely bad customer relations!!!

The parcel I received was a bumper well packaged with fragile tape all over it. Yet when I got the parcel home the bumper was cracked. Somewhere along the way it has been mishandled and resulted in me receiving a broken item. I would request that the sender should be refunded as the service was not adequate

No note was posted through my door to tell me that my neighbour was left with my package. A big deal in my eyes. Other than that, fast delivery.

Item was left on back step. It clearly stated on the box "signature mandatory". Luckily it didn't rain or snow that afternoon as packaging was not waterproof!!

Package was delivered as informed, object damaged , I think it was roughly handled even though the parcel had fragile plastered all over it.

The parcel was delivered at the time stated but it was a very snowy and wet morning and no-one was at home. I arrived home from work mid afternoon to find a parcel left outside at the front door ( not very safe), that wet through that the box actually fell apart as i picked it up. It was also left there even though there is a permanent notice on the front door instructing delivery drivers to leave any parcels at a particular neighbour whose door is 30 feet from mine. NOT VERY PROFFESSIONAL.

Really bad customer service and mostly miss next day deliveries even when you pay extra. UKMail will not entertain you, even though they are the same company. Emails are hardly ever replied to. Prices are pretty cheap but you get what you pay for.

Parcel was thrown over the fence even though it had fragile tape on it and left open to rain and snow, not impressed

When it works..ok...when it doesn't...disaster. Booked an overseas parcel 3 times...never collected. Garbled e mail responses..no real answers..customer service..forget it. Took several weeks to get refunds.

I found the website difficult to complete, and although it accepted payment via PayPal, I didn't receive any confirmation (except from PayPal). Later in the day, I checked the website again, and found the parcel still 'in the basket', so phoned customer care to ask if it parcel was 'on the system'. When told it was not, I was asked to checkout again by another means, and told that the PayPal payment would be refunded. When this was 'eventually' done, I checked again whether it was scheduled for collection, and was give another number to phone, and was eventually able to speak to someone at Milton Keynes, who said he couldn't say whether it would be collected on time. I had an email confirming collection between 08.00 and 13.00 the following day (27th), but it was not collected until !5.00 causing great inconvenience to the party at Tiverton. The delivery experience was better - I received an email confirming delivery, and it was within a minute of the earliest time. Strangely, although I didn't ask for a signature on delivery, a confirmation of delivery email stated that it had been signed for by me at 15.41! Part of the confusion on the site, and dealing with queries was the plethora of reference numbers: Parcel, transaction, consignment, tracking without any clear indication of which was necessary to quote, in fact an IT nightmare. Pity really, it could be a useful service, but certainly not user friendly, and some hours wasted at Tiverton and by me on the telephone. Moreover, I have not been refunded the PayPay payment which I was told would be done. Altogether a very unhappy first contact.

We sent about 50 parcels last year, delivery time as promised, but starting from December 2014, none of 20 parcels delivered in time, usually it takes a couple of days for overnight service and many calls to chaise them up. Collection service doesn't work at all, waited for 2-4 days to be collected, so do not use it, drop off to the local depot. They do NOT have support! I open a ticket to claim broken item and they closed it in 15 minutes saying " We are pleased to confirm that your case has now been closed." Do not add money to the account at least what you do not mind loosing, I am fighting to get 600 quid, from the account for 5 months! open 5 tickets, made calls for hours, just ignoring. I want to move business to another provider, but there is no alternative for overnight delivery in London for this price. We sent parcel to Portugal it took 5 days to be delivered to the local depot but because UKmail uses partners it was not possible to contract them some one type address like house #2, Lagos, Portugal !!! ALL wrong! They used 4 partners in the chain to deliver, driver did not look into the label, we glued 3 labels on 3 side. Iparcel was not helpful at all. after 5 hours research on the internet we found the 4th local partner phone number and ask some Portuguese to speak to them. In summery: Delivery used to be good, now it is 2-5 days instead of 1 day Support: they have no support. Funds deposit: never withdraw your funds, they will just hang on withdrawal request, International Postage: never use! They used partners. We sent about 150 parcels via myhermes and none had any issues!!! Hope reader finds this review helpful.

Do not touch this company with a bargepole. They took 2 weeks to deliver a Next Day delivery parcel. The parcel arrived damaged. Their website doesn't show accurate information. According to the website my parcel was collected 3 times !!! Also you can only communicate problems via email.

As usual the they collect the item 2 days later to it should be. I take 2 days off work and I have been waiting for collection according to the emails they sent. When i call uk mail they said the driver came to collect but he didn't find anyone at the collection point. The same thing happened with delivery. baaaaaaaad service

They sent an email saying they would arrive between 13.06 and 14.06, they arrived almost 2 hours after this time. When I called to find out when the parcel would arrive, I was informed it could be up to 8pm. Yes the parcel did arrive, however the ETA was completely misleading, I would advise the company to just stick to "delivery between 8am and 6pm" rather than mislead customers and create an expectation which they cannot live up to.
