“Booked a collection 4 days in advance and paid extra so that the parcel is collected before 13:00 on a Thursday for next day delivery. On the day I was sent text messages and emails confirming the collection time and ... but not only they did not show up before 1:00 PM they didn't collect the package on the day and showed up next day! I needed the parcel for the weekend but it was delivered on Monday after. Is this a good service? I don't think so.”

“I ordered Monday afternoon. The item was advertised with 24 hour delivery and stated delivery by Wednesday (I guessed inclusive as would have been unrealistic for Tuesday). I got notification the item was dispatched first thing Tuesday with estimate for Wednesday as expected, and so I worked at home on Wednesday expecting the order but it didn't arrive. Then I worked from home again Thursday and it arrived in the afternoon but not to my house. I discovered after 2 attempts and 20 mins waiting in support queues on the phone, that it got delivered down the road (the sellers fault as missed a digit off my house number). However the package was left outside the front door as the house owner was out. Not so good on a relatively expensive product (over £300) so quite a risk, but thankfully all was ok.”

“This parcel was meant to be on a 24 hour service and the label actually said that it should be delivered on the 6th Jan but it came a day late on the 7th - 24 hour should mean 24 hour and not 48 hours!”

“I have had lots of experience with sending and receiving parcels via post and after watching a documentary on parcel delivery recently I didn't believe items could end up in such a state . I took delivery of a plastic tube yesterday and the item was Bent , opened and parts missing . The delivery man was rude and ignorant and obviously didn't want to be at my door . " A very poor experience " I have plenty of photographs should anyone wish to take interest and see them . JP”

“Paid for a parcel to be collected and then delivered next day service. Parcel wasn't collected on the agreed date so wasn't delivered on the agreed date either. Sent an email asking for an explanation with no response. I've paid for a next day service but not received it with no apology or partial refund/discount to 2/3 day service.”

“I found my parcel in the garden when I put the rubbish out, it had been thrown over the fence because nobody was home that day, dinting my package, fortunatly the item isnt of value and still works no problem, but besides the point absoulote joke, very poor!”

“i have a porch thats left open as its you cant see the front door from the road, the parcel was left outside the porch even tho it was open, and i live on an estate, people would of stolen it because the courier didnt put it just inside....it was screaming out steal me!!! very poor im afraid a bit of common sense would say to put it inside the open door rather than leave it where it could of been blown away as light package and very windy, and my porch door was OPEN!!!!”

“Hi I am still waiting for information on a parcel that went missing at the end of October I have no idea where this item is and have sent various emails via your customer service and still none the wiser where my delivery is. “Item should have been collected on the 12dec no one turned up. person stayed in all day for nothing. 13dec could not get through on phone to find out when it would be collected. Emailed to get an answer and was just given a ref. number to quote. to whom I don't know as phone not being answered. no phone service on a sunday just before xmas is bad.had to go on site and find out when collection will be then had to contact person to arrange another day for them to stay in. I had to deal with most of this after 8pm at night when I had done a 12 hour shift at work. I think you need to improve communications more”

“Notified by email that parcel was out for delivery the PREVIOUS day. It was due for delivery between 21.48 and 22.48. Rather late I thought, but stayed up incase. No. It came the next day.”

“Parcel was sent to me on the 10/12/14 for next day delivery. Tracked it online but it got stuck at sortation facility. Sender chased you on 15/12/14 and was finally delivered yesterday 16/12/14-not exactly next day service nor was an explanation offered. Parcel still in good condition but just took time in getting to me. Thankyou.”

“Parcel not collected, after 3 days I tried emailing twice and got response. Eventually got a response via facebook and told parcel would be collected the next day. Again this didn't happen but it was eventually collected the next day and delivered the day after. Luckily I was refunded or I would have been seriously unhappy!”

“I recieved 4 emails last week promising pick up, which did not happen. The last email said my parcel would be picked up late in the afternoon and was picked up at lunchtime. The content was fragile, and arrived broken despite being packaged very well. Seriously unimpressed and wont be using this service again.”
