Not good, the outa plastic bag was damaged, the box was damaged and the box was also wet. This was an electrical item for a Christmas preasant and hopefully it will still work :(

Delivery had label with date of 13/11/2014 Next Day and was delivered on 18th November.

I liked everything untill I unpacked the parcel. Three of the four shelves of the HiFi stand were damaged. I will be in contact about the issue. Otherwise it was very good.... Regards Andy Guerri

for every £25 top up you get £1 voucher code off your next consignment...i have top up £100 in the past 6 weeks, i had my 1st voucher sent to me, had to chase my second and still chasing my 3rd and 4th and its been nearly 4 weeks and i still have not had them! i keep contacting and all i get is a case number has been added to your account but yet still no vouchers!!! im getting really annoyed as i send a few parcels and may start using elsewhere as i don not have time to be chasing whats rightfully mine! apart from this they have delivered all my parcels up to date (20 plus) contact is slow ans they really need to sort out customer service contacts and replies

I noticed the van outside my house so opened the door to await delivery of my teasmade. The courier was attempting to get the signing pad out for me to sign as he approached and dropped the parcel. I caught it and remarked to him that it was fortunate I was good at cricket!

There was no problem with the delivery but, it was well labelled as being fragile AND IT WAS BROKEN ! I have reported the breakage to the supplier

Parcel was posted Friday on next day delivery and arrived Tuesday due to a systems fault. Still waiting for a refund. Royal Mail would have got it there quicker, though more expensive.

Delivery man attempted to deliver parcel first day but I wasn't in. He made no attempt to leave it with my neighbour who was very clearly in. We live an hour away from the nearest depot so would not have wanted to go and pick it up.Then I went on the website to manage my delivery for the next day but the consignment number and my postcode didn't allow me to do that. Then I phoned the helpline. I gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes! I left the card on my door the next day, out of desperation, asking to leave it with my neighbour. He did but my neighbour was subjected to questioning from the delivery driver about whether we got on or not. Surely if I've asked him to leave it with my neighbour I get on with her!!

Left. Outside in rain by wheelie bin even though we we're home no knock and. Dogs didn't bark luckily I saw it before stolen or dustman tooki t. Or both!

Sorry to say about this, but probably it will help you in future: 1. No telephone contacts with service at all; 2. Very bad "Contact Us" website system that just doesn't works properly, doesn't accept a lot characters that widely used everywhere; 3. Very old, poor designed website - just afraid to work with... 4. Sometimes items is not delivered, but already market as DELIVERED and confused customers - they are in panic! 5. About half contacts just ignored and never answered at all. 6. No possibility to check parcels that were sent 2-3 months ago. This website system just doesn't works properly as well. 7. No possibility to print shipping label again if it was, for example, lost. 8. No possibility to print invoice/receipt on this order from your website. 9. No possibility to send few boxes on one address - each box required to be organised separately. Very old, poor website and service.

The driver dragged my cardboard box into the office, across the stone floor. Not the greatest entrance when I knew high value of the contents. I thought they had trollies for heavy items? The cardboard box also looked like it had been through the wars, fortunately the items inside were ok. The experience annoyed me enough to recommend the seller uses a different delivery service in the future. The only reason I have not selected 'Very Poor' is because the parcel arrived on the estimated date.

Good delivery time frame but two items came in broken. They were bubble wrapped but still they were broken. The box was damaged from one corner.

yes i got a delivery yesterday, it wasnt delivered to my house a neighbour took it in. No notification of any sort at my house about where the delivery was. I am not impressed. On top of that the delivery was supposed to be with me by wednesday, not thursday. carol

Unfortunately I paid extra for this parcel to be picked up on the monday morning between 8 and 1. The lady concerned had taken a day off work and was only going to be there that day. She received a txt at 2.30 saying they would pick it up in the next hour and they never turned up. She emailed them and they said that they would be there the next day to pick it up which was no good as she wold be at work. In the end she had to take the parcel in to a depot near to her for them to deliver it. They did deliver the next day but we had paid for next day delivery and an allotted pick up slot neither of which happened. I did receive the parcel the day after that, a day late, but the contents were time sensitive so it was a big disappointment.

I received the mail asking me to leave a review today, it stated: 'Dear Email, One of our drivers delivered a parcel to you yesterday, and we would love to know what you thought about our delivery service.' I found the parcel upon opening my door this morning, I have no way of knowing if it was delivered yesterday or this morning, although it was quite early so I suspect yesterday. No card or note was put through the door the parcel was just abandened on the door step. So all in all I think a very poor service and count myself lucky the parcel was still there.

Parcel was delivered in good time, however it was left with someone in my street. No card was left, and upon checking the consignment number, the parcel had apparently been signed for, by me! I was left wondering what had happened to my parcel, as all I knew was someone pretending to be me had signed for it... I attempted to contact ipostparcels, to see what was going on, but am still awaiting a reply (bearing in mind on their website they state they'll reply within 3 hours, so far I've waited two working days...). Fortunately, the people who had the parcel informed me, and I now have it, no thanks to ipostparcels! In conclusion, will they get the parcel to you? Yes, they will. Do they provide a good after service? Certainly not.

We paid for next day delivery... Courier rang once when he couldn't find address then when I tried calling back phone was switched off. I tried about 8 times. Even text. Ended up getting hold of the co direct and ended up having the items delivered the next day ! Not great considering the package contained plants! Not impressed
