Parcel delivered on time but contents were smashed. it was a 20kg concrete statue so must have been seriously dropped. Not impressed!

On the 19th using Car Part Courier I booked a pickup of a bonnet from Car Transplants. Although I paid Car Part Courier for this order it was picked up by iPost parcels. On the same date I ordered a pickup from Car Transplants of a headlight unit using iPost parcels. Both items were delivered on Tuesday. When I opened both parcels the headlight fixing lug had been broken and two corners of the bonnet had been bent. Both parcels had been wrapped using lots of bubble wrap and stiff cardboard. As I had seen pictures of both items taken before pickup I know the damage had occurred during delivery. All parcels should be handled carefully. There is no excuse for handling parcels badly. It does not matter what the parcel contains, all parcels must be handled with the utmost care. I can no longer trust iPost or Car Part Courier to deliver my purchases.

The parcel I received was a heavy duty roller blind...I was expecting a scooter, which is for my Son's 5th birthday today (22/10/2014), so now I have a roller blind and a very very unhappy 5 year old. I have sent an email to your customer support team but as yet have not had a response. I can't imagine how your driver could deliver a package to Chesterfield, Derbyshire that was clearly labelled for an address in Leicester. I was told that the delivery would be pon Saturday (18 Oct). Parcel clearly states on it that delivery was to be upgraded to Saturday. I waited in all day Saturday and no parcel - only to discover on the website that you had scheduled the parcel for delivery on Monday. I received no explanation for this either by phone or email. (Parcel was safely delivered on Monday).

I didnt think the service was good to be honest. I recieved a message to say my parcel was going to be delivered between 10.22-11.22 so I took the day off work to wait in for it, it didn't arrive. I phoned the company later on that day (was on hold for 17 minutes) to be told the driver couldn't gain access I don't understand how not considering he only had to open the gate. I was told they would deliver it the next day so I asked it to be delivered after 4 o'clock as I could not take another day off work. The person I was speaking to said that would fine. The next morning I got a text to say it was being delivered between 8.40-9.40 when we agreed 4 o'clock. I had to go to work when I returned home there was a note posted through the door sayin it was behind my bin.(the driver actually managed to open the gate this time). I took the item inside and the packaging was all ripped and the item was damaged. Not a good service at all. If you would like any more information my contact number is 07724735829.

I paid extra for a parcel to be collected between 8-1pm, however it wasn't collected till 3.15. When I queried it with a telephone operator she said she couldn't help as the driver had indicated the expected pickup time to be 1.15-2.15. What extra service did I actually pay for then??? Disappointed!

The delivery was not collected on the booked date which was not great and also arrived a day later,- for business service perhaps not goods enough, but the price is good and as I only have used this company once I will give it another chance.

I was disappointed that the delivery driver left the package at my front door and drove off without checking I was at home. Anyone could have easily taken it.

Ordered an item 6th October, got a text 7th december to say it would be delivered that day (who knew it would be a next day delivery, it wasnt ordered as such) . Anyway, I was not in as I was abroad. The parcel is marked Mandatory Signature, so I was expecting to come home to a card! Not so, the parcel was left on my doorstep, In a block of flats, for 2 days! All is well since no-one knicked it, but what shocking service.

Half of my order was not picked up to deliver on the Saturday, meaning I had to take time off work to stay in on the following Tuesday to receive the order. One of my boxes was completely open at the corner and the driver was carrying several boxes slung under his arm, which probably didn't help. I would like a refund of at least the botched delivery, as I had deliberately selected a Saturday delivery to avoid that problem.

Been waiting for a parcel since 2nd of october keep getting messages thru saying your parcel has experienced a possible delay pgone this number ? Why should i be out of pocket contacting you i also pay a extra £2 for delivery on another parcel to be collected adter 1pm and they tun up at 11 so i have to wait another daý for deluvery very poor service for my last 3 deliverys

My parcel was just left on the drive for anyone to take. Could of put it down the side gate would of been safer then leaving it on full view sat on my drive.

Despite paying for a 1pm to 6pm collection, the driver arrived at 10am and refused to wait for the packaging to be completed, saying he would wrap packing tape around the parcels himself, which was not done. Fortunately the contents arrived, apparently undamaged, the following day, however, my email to ipost, requesting that I be reimbursed the additional fee for a timed collection, which was not adhered to, has, as yet, gone unanswered.

I was out when the parcel was delivered so the driver kindly left a card saying he had left it with a neighbour at number 60. I went to retrieve the parcel but they had nothing. The parcel turned up when someone diwn the street at number 39 came home from work and found it on their front doorstep.

I was told my parcel was out for delivery on a friday & i was left waiting until the monday for my parcel to be delivered. On 2 occassions i was texted a time slot for my parcel to be delivered and both times my parcel arrived hours later then time slot booked for!!

I've you this company a few times, but lately there service has been very poor, I book for a nxt day delivery, which they fail to collect on two occasions now. I've emailed them to call and reply to my email but they don't. Just bare in mind if you book for a nxt day delivery they may not collect the day after you have booked it in, so who ever your sending to may not get there parcel on time. I Will not be using them again!
