“We were not at home when 2 separate parcels were delivered and they were thrown over our 7 ft high side gate and left there. We were away during the storms and the parcels were soaked!!!”

“Having telephoned your company early morning to ask that the parcel from TalkTalk not to be delivered I thought, like most companies, you would have telephoned in his van to give him this instruction. This has resulted in me having to post back the parcel to TalkTalk at my expense.”

“The parcel was addressed to Mrs Barbara ? The parcel was put over the back gate - so fell to the floor We MOVED HOUSE on 11th September from Lincolnshire to North Yorkshire, which they were aware of. Not a good service I'm afraid.”

“I received a text message to say my parcel would be delivered between 8.15 and 9,15 but it didn't arrive until 2.pm not very good”

“I was impressed to receive a text message on the morning of delivery to confirm a one hour time slot. As I would not be at home, I asked my neighbour to keep an eye out for the delivery. The driver arrived later than the allotted time and my neighbour tells me that she saw him taping up my parcel as it had come open. Upon collection, I could see for myself that the cardboard packaging was wet in places and the parcel appeared to be loosely wrapped. Luckily the contents were packed in plastic and were undamaged.”

“The initial contact was very good and the parcel was delivered on the day they had said it would be. Having arranged to have someone to be available to accept the delivery once we had received the email to advise of the time it was very disappointing that it never came. Having watched the emails all day ( in itself an inconvenience ) when we eventually tracked the delivery down it had been left with a neighbour. No note or any other contact was received.”

“Paid extra to have parcel collected but no one arrived to collect it, or called to tell me they weren't going to. Ended up having to drive to the depot to drop it off, which was chaotic and didn't inpsire me with confidence it was going to get to its destination in one piece. Surprisingly it did get delivered the next day so delivery side seems ok. Would not use again.”

“Well all I can say is received the parcel this time because someone was there all day!! last time because I live in an apartment there was no card left on two occasions making it hard for me to contact the company directly and in good time. As we are all busy working people so this then made me have to contact the company I ordered from then wait for response only to then contact the delivery company finding that by then I'd received a text message saying they were delivering another day when I was not in!! Needless to say left feeling unhappy as I then had to pay another delivery charge to the company I ordered from and they were charged by your delivery company all because you never left a calling card in order to be able to contact yourselves!”

“Parcel was delivered to the wrong road (40 Brackenborough instead of 40 Keddington) despite the label clearly stating the correct address. Fortunately the chap brought the parcel round afterwards!”

“My parcel was delivered to a neighbour on Monday 15th, i received my parcel yesterday Thursday 18th as no note was left for me to tell me it had been delivered and that it had been left at a neighbours house, so dissapointed as needed parcel asap.”

“Hello, I am very disappointed with the service. I was called by a very rude man who said only "He was at my door" I explained after a lengthy discussion as to who he actually was that I was at work and to leave it with the next door neighbour or to take down to the local post office. He said he was to busy and didn't have time and then put the phone down on me! I got home to see he had left it not with my next door neighbour but a neighbour 2 houses down. Horrible service.”

“Parcel was an hour later than the text said it would be, which happened to be in the middle of the day meaning I couldn't leave the house for hours and when it did arrive he went to next door instead of my address.”

“My parcel had an address in Aston Birmingham but a postcode for my home address in Erdington not sure why but it did, the first parcel was delivered to someone in my street who brought it up to us the 2nd parcel a few days later was delivered again to someone in my street, when I called trying to find it they said the driver had left it with no 19 so I had to go and find it, no one said they had it but it turned up later that evening, what I think is the address was clearly marked Thorns Group 19-21 Portland Street Aston Birmingham so the driver should of either took it back to the depot or put an address in a sat nav and found it that way.”

“Actually I'm quite disappointed with your delivery service. My parcel contained 5L of fluid in a factory-sealed plastic can which was substantially packed by the selling mail-order company in a large box with padding all round, yet at some point in its journey the box had been squashed such that the fluid had started leaking out of the still sealed container, and made a mess when I opened it in my home. Needless to say, I'm not very impressed.”

“I received an email indicating delivery would be in a specific one hour slot, the parcel arrived 3 hours later (they still documented delivery having taken place in the hour slot !). This is not the first time I have experienced problems with this courier - 7 times I waited in for a delivery of a large item and 7 times they failed to show as my package toured their various warehouses around the UK (and was lost twice before being rediscovered). When it eventually arrived at an unscheduled time the package was battered.”
