You need a process improvement exercise where you need to first determine if your driver delivered a parcel or the customer collected it. I had collected it but still filling this survey. Rescheduled my parcel delivery 3 times but never got delivery. Raised cases online but everyone of them closed after I had called the customer services to schedule or enquire about my delivery. I wish I can help you with some sort of an audit but please focus on areas of improvement. If you need help then please feel free to call. I think there is a lot of potential in the company.

Delivery was a day late. No other complaints, just disappointed it didn't arrive on time.

Was given a two hour time gap by text message with no number to change it, unfortunately I was not in and the parcel was left with my neighbour with no notification to myself!! Did not know where my parcel was - not good

I wasn't informed I would have to wait for the driver to be back at the depot at 6:30 pm when I selected the option to collect my parcel. The card left in the letterbox wasn't immediately clear about what would happen next or what to do.

I have not received the parcel this week. I contacted the sender and they will follow up in the morning.

First of all I did not receive anything yesterday. I got a message today saying that I have to go to the local post office which will take me an hour of my time to spend in total to get the parcel. If I knew about the time of the courier arrival in advance I would not have missed him.

The parcel was damaged. It consisted of a large tube with banners in and the tube was starting to unravel so isn't suitable for storing the banners in. Fortunately the contents were ok.

In an email I was told I would be contacted with a delivery time-I WAS NOT. I checked on line and was told delivery would be between 13.08-14.08..so fine I popped out in the morning as I knew I would be back in plenty of time. I arrived back before 13.00 only to find parcel had been left on shelf by front door. Luckily it was still there. What is the point of being able to track delivery times on line if they are not kept to.?

My parcel was originally due on the 11th but when I tracked it the website stated it was delayed. I signed up to get a text alert when it was next on the delivery run. I arranged for a re-delivery on the 15th. I stayed in all day and sent an e Mail at 6pm when nothing had arrived and I hadn't received a text. The item then arrived about 6.30 but I still did not receive the alert to say that I was the next delivery. A waste of my whole day both on the 11th and 15th

No good emailing me at 6am and delivering later that morning without me being able to make arrangements. Just lucky a neighbour was in and able to take delivery but not planned

Two parcels left at a unknown address as no card left as to where they were. But showing delivered on their tracking info. Tried three times to contact customer service with not a hope of getting through. Opened a complaint and was never contacted. The case was closed without contact. Informed seller's of the situation and they said they will contact the courier and still no contact with me. I now try to stay away from seller's who use them. Such a shame the treat people like this.

The driver rang twice and by the time I flew downstairs he was gone next door. I caught him because a lady walking out of the computer shop asked me if I was waiting for a parcel. Luckily the owner is a good friend of mine but delivering a laptop at a computer shop is definitely a no no especially because I didn't want him to know I shopped somewhere else...just as well the parcel didn't scream "There's a laptop in here!" :(

Your delivery driver knocked on my door at half past 8, left the package on the door step and walked off. The contents of the package were worth £165. If someone had picked it up and walked off with it then I would be down £165. My wife was in and it takes a while to get to the door as we have a 5 month old baby.

Yes a parcel was "delivered" if that's what you would call it. The parcel was, in fact, dumped on the door step. Nobody bothered to ring the door bell and we fell over it when we went out!!!!!

Only 'one' of 'two' parcels collected from the same place arrived, & was delivered to a house down the street and left outside on someone's doorstep ( i will pay for a signature next time) So not the best service this time & i'm still trying to find where one parcel has gone.. But i'm sure this is not always the case, so i will use again and give them the benefit of the doubt this time.. 5/10

I paid for 24 hour delivery from the supplier was told it would be with me Saturday and it came Monday. Very disappointing.
