Very poor. Parcels due to be collected last Monday collected day late on Tuesday then delayed for a further day with delivery on Thursday.. 'next day' service it is not. Against better judgement I booked another collection for Friday and on Monday it is still yet to be collected so looks like being same problems again, response to messages very poor, only way seem to get a response from customer service is through facebook - this should not be how you have to contact a company.

It was obvious my parcel had just been thrown over my gate with no care for the package.

It was delivered to the wrong road, so the person had to bring it round. Not very good at all!!

The driver left the parcel 6 doors away with someone I did not know and have never spoke to and left a card saying so which I then had to go and collect. My immediate next door neighbour was in all day who is happy to take a parcel in for me. The other problem is the card did not have a phone number to contact the office.

The rather strong cardboard box outer packaging was badly ripped, so that just tells you how much care they took over transportation of this parcel - i.e. not much!

I have given poor as I was in all day and waiting fot this delivery which I had been informed would be arriving. I never heard any one knock although I was listening intently as I admit I'm hard of hearing.So I do ask people to knock hard and give me time to get to my door as I have severe arthritis and have difficulty walking, Your delivery person chose to leave rather a large parcel at a neighbours home who speak an understand very little English, which means so far they still have my parcel as I don't think I will be able to carry this so I have to wait for a friend to call and retrieve this for me. Just in case this situation should arise in future ( which I hope it doesn't if no signature is required please leave any large parcel in my garage where it will be safe until a friend will carry it in for me. I cannot understand why delivery people do not give time for one to open the door as many disabled and aged people shop online. I do when expecting a delivery always put my T.V. on which is visible by the window but I never have the sound on even if I'm watching I read the subtitles. So all in all I do not rate your delivery. My parcel was 24 hour delivery and should have arrived on Friday 29th August It still had not arrived by Monday 1st September when i had to contact them to find out what the problem was The girl I spoke to initially could not find my item even with a tracking number eventually she found it under my postcode but not tell me why it had not been out for delivery She arranged for it to be sent out next day which it was but all in all the service needed a lot to be desired and I was not very happy with it

Received my parcel yesterday. It was well packed by the sender but when I opened it part of the item was broken off. Have spoke to the seller and saw picture before I bought it and it wasn't broken. So can only assume it was done by the courier service. Luckily it's not a major part broken and will fix it with glue but not ideal. Would probably use another courier service in the future.

Driver dropped a parcel marked Fragile do not drop over our back fence Our fence is about five or six feet hight. A big drop. Nothing broken I think but haven't checked everything yet. Not very good really.

Good to be given a one hour time slot which the parcel was delivered in, however the parcel was quite badly dented - luckily the seller had protected the item with lots of bubble wrap or it would have arrived damaged!

Items delivered in a terrible state. Car boot lid, was so badly damaged it had to be written off. A second was sent and that also was damaged and required repair. If you have problems you also can't get a number for this company. There parent company aren't very helpful either. Google this company and you will see that channel 4 Dispatches programme featured this company and show under cover footage of how badly Items are thrown around. Little wonder then how things get wrecked . I used them because they were cheap, however anything fragile I would think. Carefully before sending .

parcel arrived 2 days late should have been 19th came 21st that's not 48 hrs delivery also box looks like forklift truck run over it as I have just got back of holiday I will check it tomorrow

Would never use again, price was cheapest but thats no good if your parcel never gets picked up even after 3 attempts.

Booking was OK. No communication regarding non collection on 1st day? Package arrived in a very damaged box. Not yet clear if goods are damaged.

I have a note on the manual gate to my house and a tie belt. The note explains that there may be children at play in my garden so would anyone entering pls close and belt the gate behind them. Your driver was very nice but he did not belt the gate behind him or even when he left. For safety reasons i feel that this should be made very clear to your drivers, if I had not checked the gate immediately a child could have got out. Thanks

I wasnt in when parcel was devied and it got left on my door step in eye view of public which aint good and box was ripped n open

The driver clearly didn't attempt delivery three times in a row, my customer kept contact with me the whole time to inform me about the status of the consignment. I find ipostparcels quite difficult to use sometimes. if there is a problem it can take days to get a response from customer services and when they do you need to answer stock questions that take a day to respond to, questions like can you confirm the address? etc, it annoys me, I'm not stupid i am able to check details quite effectively and do before every booking, . If you are sending stuff privately then go right ahead but for business use i would say use another courier as the sense of urgency with ipost isn't the best.

Only used a few time and they're really very good but this time they have damaged my item and getting in touch with them is proving quite hard, no phone numbers and after a day no reply to email :( I have took out extended cover but I'm starting to think I wont be seeing my money back

Not happy bunny as the package left my parents ok but arrived damaged having clearly been dropped despite fragile handle with care tape all over it
