“Two days late”

“Paid extra for am service, did not turn up till mid afternoon. No able to contact them via telephone (email only) they did pay back AM surcharge.”

“No problems with the web site, ordering and definitely not the cost. Despite logging instructions in the event of oour being out for the parcel to be left at a neighbors or in our secure location, it was a shame to come home and find it outside the front door in full view of everyone passing. Not so good for an otherwise excellent service.”

“We were expecting the driver to knock the door or ring the doorbell (which is very loud) Insread our valuable parcel was left in full view on the doorstep NOT a very good or sensible thing to do”

“The communication was good. I received an email and a text to say that the parcel would arrive between 16:25 & 17:25. Only it arrived at 18:45. Luckily I work from home, otherwise the office would have been closed and everyone gone home. The driver however was very cheerful and respectful”

“Driver said he tried to deliver at 10.15 am and left a card. He did not leave a card, I was definately in. I has to collect myself from local depot and was told sorry and it was the drivers fist day.”

“The service can be good at times. The parcel can arrive next day and early. However being in waiting for this courier various times, over half the time they are a day late. I also have had one occasion where they said i was not in and they leave the parcel which is fine but they came to my neibours address in error and left it there. No card through my door. This is really annoying and frustrating. There are better services out there which have better customer service and more reliable.”

“I left a note on the front door requesting the parcel be left with either of two neighbours but it was left at the side of my property where it could have been stolen or damaged if it had rained. I accept a card was posted through my front door advising me of where the parcel was left but what if I had been away on holiday? There was nothing on the card to say my neighbours were not at home and that was why it was left there either. I regret and am not used to having to write bad reviews but realise that if people don't tell of their experiences then nothing will improve.”

“This is the second time I have used IPostParcels. The first time all was great, an excellent service. The second time was poor in that my parcel was picked up on the Friday with a next day delivery (Sat). I waited in all day Saturday & it never arrived until next Monday afternoon. My supplier initially gave me the wrong pick up address which I used to place the order above. On realising their mistake I contacted IPostParcels via the only way possible a very unfriendly web form and in due course received an answer which told me to rebook and use the number quoted to claim my monies back after I payed for a second time. I did this and the parcel was collected as explained above. I tried to claim back my excess payment using their awful "contact us" web form and to date, 5 days after, I've had no response or repayment. Very disappointing. I doubt if I'll use IPostParcels again or recommend them. Tony”

“"Do not leave in a safe place - leave with neighbour" The package says. Where did you leave it? In the unlocked cupboard outside my front door!!! Oh, and soaking a cardboard box in water is not conducive to the containers' structural integrity.......or the electronic item stored within. I am only not giving you a "very poor" rating because the package was actually delivered........albeit through no act of professionalism by your delivery operator.”

“Sorry but paid extra for collection before 1pm. Tried at 15:49. Before they even responded to email asking what was going on - it was collected the following day, still after 1pm.”
