Never picked up on the day that we arranged only good thing i can say is they kept calling 5 times till they got it . 10 out of 10 for effort but no prize .

Had my parcel delivered and heard the driver drop it before he rang the bell, when I opened it my item was broken and as it is no longer available I cannot get another one so disappointed

The item should have been here Friday beween 3'20& 4.20 I stay in till 5.30 then had to go and it was over 1hr late Monday text said 13.20 to 14.20 turned up at 15 .45 so why text a time this poor service also your van went twice to the garage in the same road on Friday as it run by friends

Unfortunatley the notice was too short for me to arrange for soemone to be home to receive the item. (Sellers fault, not yours!) Unable to contact by phone to reschedule, deleivery, attended depot to collect to find driver had not yer returned ( 6 hours later). Item to be held at depot for collection. very helpful at depot. Yet I have had a notification today that you will attept a re delivery! A waste of time!!! Wait to see if it is there for me this evening.....

My item was delivered on time but as I wasn't in they left it on next doors doorstep n dint even bother 2 leave me a note 2 say it was next door....

very poor service do not pick up parcel when requested my parcel was delivered damaged cost me money they did not compensate would not recommend any body using this service . MR DUNN LEEDS

He never even knocked on the door, just left it on the door step. How can you rate that? Everything else was OK.

The service provided would of been excellent given the level of communication throughout only to be let down with the parcel being delivered to a neighbour even though I was in waiting for the parcel myself. My neighbour wasn't actually in at the time so was left outside in the rain until they returned home from work, which is not ideal given the high value and delicate nature of the parcel being a high quality leather briefcase. Thanks

My parcel was marked as fragile,but it still arrived all banged up and damaged. Not the best service.

Was out, person delivered the package couple doors down, didnt even leave a "sorry we missed you card" secone time UKMail has dissapointed me.

The box was undone. Gaffer tape had been removed and I was unsure if all the items were there. Had to check with sender how it had been sent.

The delivery was great and left in the correct place.as I was out, well done However the collection was totally unexceptionable I had paid for the collection between 8am and 1pm and it was not collected till16:35 which meant my client had to wait in I have been in contact case number CC218DB5. but Have heard nothing not even an apology Julie Hickey

The driver rang my doorbell and left, I was just by my front door so opened it in time to see him walking back to his can. He had just left my huge and heavy parcel in front of my door in plain view of the road and walked off not even waiting to see if someone was home. I called to him and asked him to come back and help me lift it into my house which he did, but with not much grace! I asked him why he had just buzzed the doorbell and walked off. He said it was company policy to leave In a safe place. I do not think leaving a HUGE parcel right in front door for all to see is a "safe place". I also think they should ring the doorbell and wait to see if anyone answers. The parcel would have attracted attention had I not been home (it would have been more sensible to leave with a neighbour) but your drivers should at least wait 20 seconds to see if the door will be answered. In this instance it's proof that he didn't even wait that long because he hadn't even got back to his van when I opened the door. I also asked him what company he worked for and he said UKMail whereas the van and parcel clearly said I post parcels.com My advice would be that you explain some basics to this particular driver. However the parcel waS delivered on the correct day and in the right time slot.
