Hello, this is the first time we have used your service and it was a trial run. I received my parcel between the hours given by you and it was all in order. Thanks. Unfortunately, Mr. S Emery who sent me the parcel did not have as good an experience. The time you gave for uplifing the parcel from him was between 14.14 and 15.14. Ms Wareham did not arrive until 17.00 approx and did not come with the lable that Mr. Emery paid extra for. He obviously was tied to the house until the parcel was uplifted which was not convenient for him. I would suggest that you reimburse him for the label and a small contribution in addition to this would go a long way to smooth his feathers!! Regards, James Gordon

The parcel was supposed to be delivered between 12.17 & 13.17 buy your email but it did not arrive until 16.10. So hence the bad review.

Collection was not made on day booked, which was a nuisance but fortunately not in this case urgent. But you did rebook for day after when told about it. The notifications you send out are confusing, they mix collection and delivery in same message. so never quite sure which one your talking about!

Left the package propped up outside my front doir in full view, no card left. Not very secure delivery, would be interesting to know what would happen if it had been pinched.

What should be a fantastic system which seems like great value for money, is in fact a very hit and miss system. I am never guaranteed that my packages will be collected during the time i booked or that they will arrive at their destination on the date or time period that has been specifically chosen and paid for. Regardless of the cheaper delivery options, you MUST have a more efficient customer service response unit to deal with queries. Offering me a refund on a botched delivery time is poor compensation for the disappointment that occurs when the package does not reach on time! Why upgrade the website to offer express delivery times and specific windows for delivery times and all at a cost if your service is not polished enough to actually follow through? I received an email this morning asking me to provide feedback on the delivery made to me - what delivery? Three parcels were collected from me; one of which was delivered late despite my paying for express, one actually did make it on time and the other is still 'at the collection point' with a note on the system stating that you plan to deliver FIVE days late!! I used this service about a year ago and only recently decided to try ipost again...to say I am unimpressed would be an understatement. Less focus on foolish parcel pete mascot facebook stunts and more focus on polishing-up what has the potential to be a phenomenal service offering.

Not all of the items were delivered and we are still waiting to find out what happened to the missing items. In addition the courier refused to help move the delivery into our office.

Easy and cheap to arrange online. Collection was OK but delivery by next day never happened. Parcels took 6 days to arrive, no tracking information available and no reply to my emailed enquiries. I will not be using them again! Jake Backus

Just left the parcel (which was only wrapped in a Argos bag) on the door step. Not in the cupboard by the front door, no note thought the door to say they had delivered it either

I had MAJOR problems with this company and found it impossible to contact anyone, eventually, I found them on Facebook, (good old facebook eh?) I sent them a private message and was immediately contacted, within a week I received a FULL refund in my bank account. So, any problems, find them on facebook folk. It worked for me.

Requested txt notification when I would be next call did I get it no I didn't Asked driver about the txt he really didn't give a #### I just work for them mate was his response Customer service zero Delivery slot was 10.15 to 11.15 arrived 11.14 I actually think he was sitting up the street aways as he actually past my house on way up and then of course parked on wrong side of road facing oncoming traffic totally irresisponsible and an accident in the making Truly a professional outfit I think not This driver was a poor ambassador for your company

The delivery driver knocked at the door but by the time I opened it he had left the parcel unattended and was heading back to his vehicle. If the house had been empty there was a possibility that the parcel could have been stolen. A considerate delivery firm would have waited for the door to be opened and handed it to the occupant. Or if no-one was in, left it with a neighbour.

I received an email detailing the time the product would be delivered. I put aside that time specifically to wait at that time. It didn't arrive until an hour later. Therefore I've rating this as 'poor' service.

The parcel was collected without the address labels which had been paid for. The delivery driver delivered the parcel to the wrong house number (same street name) in the wrong village with the wrong postcode! It was signed for by a cleaner who didn't look at the label properly. The resident at the incorrect address phoned to let me know he had my parcel and I arranged to collect it from him at 1:30. In the meantime the delivery driver went at approximately 10am and collected the parcel and told the resident he had to take it back and deliver it. The resident told him I was going so he better let me know. The delivery driver said he would and that he would deliver it by 1:30 anyway. He did not let me know and didn't deliver until 2:15. When I quizzed the delivery driver he said it was human error and he was just under stress and working 14 hour days... Regarding calling me he said he didn't have signal (which I don't believe) and then forgot. I accept that people make mistakes. What I don't accept is the excuses and lack of communication.

I received an email stating that my parcel would be delivered between 10.45 and 11.45am on the 14th January. There was an option to change the delivery date, so I changed it to the 15th. I got a confirmation email to say the parcel would be delivered between 10.45 and 11.45am on the 15th, for the parcel to then turn up at 5.30pm on the 14th, in a battered state, with part of the contents hanging out the bottom of the ripped cardboard box. It's just a good job I was in, as I would have been fuming to have stayed off work this morning, expecting the parcel to be delivered within the stated one hour gap, for it to arrive 6 hours later. And it's a good job nothing was damaged too. At least the parcel arrived, which is more than I can say for Yodel's delivery service.

The delivery was made hours before the advised date so there was nobody in to receive the parcel.

Parcel was left on the front step in full view of the street in the rain. Luckily it was of low value and could not be damaged by the water. Still, I would worry that you may treat a high value technology parcel the same way.

The iPost Parcels website did not function correctly when I used it. Entering the consignment number and post code didn't reveal any information on my delivery. The webpage just reloaded with no error message or anything. Frustrating. I was able to get some details later, but that was it, there were no useful details available. Just a simple 'Delayed' entered in the notes. I had no clue as to when my parcel was expected. The driver was late as per the automated SMS I received to advise me of the delivery time too.
