Luckily I noticed a note scribbled on some mail, informing me that a package had been left behind the bins, otherwise I may never have found it.

The delivery was made 'on-time' but to the 'wrong' address! I checked online and saw that it had been signed for by a local neighbour as I wondered why I hadn't had the parcel. The signature was that of this neighbour so not a problem in the outcome. I suspect the driver looked at my 3o M driveway and took the nearest doorway instead!

I think the Interfere delivery had been much delayed as my son had expected the flowers to get here on my birthday 22 Feb. When they arrived yesterday 23, they were not fresh. Actually limp and disappointing.

I was advised that I would be contacted on the morning of the delivery & given a one hour time slot, this did not happen. On delivery, my bell push was activated, but before I reached the door the parcel had been left on the step & the driver gone. The parcel was clearly marked to "leave in shed". A thumbs down I'm afraid. A Eno

The delivery took place at the time predicted - however I was not immediately available, so the driver left the parcel "in a secure place" - on the front doorstep in full view of the street. Had I been out, the parcel would have been at risk of theft or weather damage. Not acceptable!!

This was an unsolicited item which has to be returned and I was far from impressed as I have to take it to the post office to return it ,when I receive the necessary wrapping. Suggest parcels should not be left when the addressee is not at home and cannot refuse receipt of same.

The timing of the delivery was quick and before the given time frame. Unfortunately it arrived with no one in and was left outside , a huge box outside my front door for anyone to take if they felt that way inclined. Luckily noone made that choice!

Took 4 days to collect, and kept changing the pick-up date on the tracker. Didn't answer the phone for 4 days nor reply to emails. The return of the same parcel also took 3 days to collect. And on my previous iPost experience they failed to deliver on a Friday and said it would therefore be at their depot until Tuesday (after a Bank Holiday Monday) so I gave up and went to the depot myself to collect it. Their prices are low but unfortunately I can see why.

As no one was in the driver left the parcel on the front door step in full view of passers by, we were lucky it wasn't stolen.

You didn't deliver the parcel yesterday as your email claims. I rang you to change the delivery to today which you confirmed to me via email. So you sending me an email prompting a review to comment on a delivery that hasn't yet occurred might indicate a slight problem with your system? Good luck.

Delivery driver was friendly and pointed out that the box had gotten wet at some point and noted it down on the machine. The box was quite soggy and luckily my item hadnt gotten wet but as it was a fragile item it had been damaged. Luckily I managed to fix the item which was a gift.

Recently purchased an item over the Internet. Was told it would be collected on Friday which it was and delivered monday which again it was so all was good. Being a monday i was at work so was watching it only to a delivery, had an email to say it would be with me in between to times and i could have a text to say when im next, I tried to arrange a text but could find out how on the Internet. There was no one at my house to sign for it so I was expecting to get home to a card asking me to sign at my post office how ever when following it online it said it had been delivered and signed for by a Mr 'smith'. I went home to find out it was just sat on my door step. I had spent a lot of money on this and to find the driver had signed for me I was very dissapointed! If anything had happened or if It had been stolen i had no proof as he had more or less foraged my signature. Also to turn up and see the box was damaged and ripped in certain places. Extremely unsatisfied with this service I suggest you don't pay the price for this unless your happy with a risk of it being broken or stolen.

The actual speed of getting the parcel from A to B was really good but it all went downhill after that. The parcel - packaged in a large white cardboard box-was left under a trampoline in the garden, hardly a waterproof location, which was also in plain sight of anyone travelling along the road. I'm amazed it was still there when I came home. At least it didn't rain or snow, otherwise I dread to think in what condition the contents would have been in. This is the first time I've ever received a parcel delivered by ipostparcels, hopefully you'll improve before the next one arrives.........
