Wasn't the best service I've received, a smile and proper communication would of been nice

My parcel was not delivered yesterday (Monday) It was delivered the previous Friday. I did email you to tell you I could not be available but the parcel was delivered to a neighbour. I do not like having to go to my neighbours for a parcel it's embarrassing. What is the point of emailing you and you take no notice.

Frozen meat in box. Label clearly stated "leave in shed" but it was left behind the garden gate in the rain. The reason I ask for these parcels to be left in the shed is that this is were the freezer is and as I am disabled it helps me. I have never had problems with UK Mail before.

I requested the package be left inside my back gate. Instead the delivery driver left my package outside the front door for anybody to take. Luckily nobody did.

Hi - I had specifically asked for the parcel to be left in the porch and it was clear on the packaging that this was the case. Instead left with a neighbour - we got home late and couldn't retrieve and then next day they went out and couldn't retrieve until late in the day. Not very helpful to me.

Your email notifications and next drop off text services are a waste of time as were not received until after delivery. The 2nd delivery time was an hour or so earlier than the notified delivery time and it was just by chance I was home in time as I had just arrived back home when the delivery van turned up. Your email (received today the 2nd March) requesting I complete this review states I will be entered into a draw for £50 shopping vouchers that will take place on the 1st March..,.. Hmmmmm. Does not inspire confidence. Stuart Ould

Hi....my package arrived but was just left on the doorstep. I was out of the office at the time of delivery so not there to answer the door. I was gone for 20 minutes. When I came back I was putting key in door and noticed a box with 'fragile' on the outside. Thought that was strange and when I looked I realised it was the parcel for me. It was left in a spot where anyone could have taken it. Just good timing that I came back when I did. I was happy that I had bought it on Sunday and it was delivered on the Tuesday....that was great but disappointed that it just left on doorstep where anyone could have taken it.

The delivery was late (48 hours against a promised 24 hour delivery. The communication system was extremely poor. My parcel was listed as "delayed" with no hint whether it was lost or just delayed, no information was available at all, or hints when it would be found or delivered. One of your agents eventually replied to my emails, and state wrongly that my supplier had failed to deliver the parcel to the depot. In fact I arrange for your driver to collect (which he did apparently without fuss and bother and on time!! well done, a highlight of the delivery). I inquired about compensation for the late delivery - at the very least I should not be charged for this delivery! As far as I am concerned I accepted your contract to deliver the parcel in 24 hours which you failed to do and rejected cheaper delivery offered for a 48 hour delivery which you achieved. After the delivery HAD been made I got an email saying the driver had been delayed and the delivery was late (he was on time for his appointment a day late). This came after an email saying the parcel had been delivered and sighed for by Terry. My name is Terry and I did not sign for the delivery! No one else in our organisation is called Terry! so whether he got a signature or whoever signed for it I'm not sure. My account history had been deleted, which I thought should have listed a £25 credit for a previous botched delivery to Spain (where a Parcel took nearly a month to be delivered!!). To top it all, you send me a survey saying would I like to complete this survey about a parcel delivered yesterday! It should have been delivered Wednesday but arrived Thursday, neither of which is yesterday!! even taking weekends into account. From the above you are lucky to get Poor, only the prompt and efficient collection was good, and relief when the parcels eventually turned up.

I was notified of the delivery time slot, and asked if I wanted to be notified, by e-mail or text, when the driver was at the drop before mine. I requested this, and provided my mobile number to allow this. No text was received, and after allowing half an hour over the latest delivery time, I checked my mail box (I live in a block of flats) and found a card stating the parcel was with a neighbour. The icing on the cake was that this was the second delivery in a row that UK Mail has managed to make a mess of, and the previous one involved me eventually going to my local depot to pick up the parcel after a week of waiting for it to be delivered. My conclusion - Don't use this company. They offer poor customer service, try to fob you off and tell you a parcel is on a van for delivery when it is still at the depot.

Nobody was in to accept the delivery, normally when this happens the parcel is left in the open acces porch which does not let in water. However the delivery man went to the back garden and left it out in the open? Why?

Only one package of two arrived, whilst the other appeared back at the Internet vendors as a return a few days later. Marked as one of two but only one turned up. Not ideal.

I received an email saying my parcel would be delivered on 24 Feb 2014 between 1.05pm and 2.05pm. When I arrived home from work my husband said no parcel had been delivered and that there was no card through the door saying an attempt had been made to deliver. I then checked on ebay where I had ordered the item and the status said "Delivered and signed for by ...... my surname" at 1.19pm. I was confused as no parcel had actually been delivered. As it was dark at this time I did not want to bother my neighbours asking if they had signed for a parcel for me. At 8.30am on 25 Feb 2014 my next door neighbour arrived with my parcel and said that it had been put through his letter box. So, the status of the parcel being delivered was technically correct but it had been delivered to the wrong house, even though my address was clear on the address label. Also, the status of "signed for by...." was not true as my neighbour never even saw the courier driver - the parcel was just put through his letter box. All in all, not particularly happy.

Sorry about this but, I really am very upset with the service provided. I got text in the morning saying that my parcel will be delivered between 11.57-12.57, so I stayed home for collection. It went pass 16.00hrs and I still didn't receive the parcel, I made a phone call to find out the reason behind the delay. I was told it was with the Temp Driver and because of the adverse weather conditions the roads might be very busy. I was then advised that it will be delivered before 18.30 hrs. I called again when it gone pass 18.30 and was told again that it will be delivered before 20.00hrs. I never received the parcel on the day. I checked online and it showed back in the depot. I called to find out, I was told that the driver went over driving hours so it was not possible to deliver and now it will be delivered on Monday. That got to me as it was very very important for me to get the parcel, even one day late. I just don't want to discuss this but I am going to ask my suppliers about the couriers before I order anything.

I received the package yesterday 24th Feb. I ordered the goods pre 9th Feb. I had to chase the order and discovered they lost the details of what I ordered. Last week i was told it would be with me on Friday didnt happen. Its fine if you can wait but we needed the order to compete in a competition. I cant honestly blame the postal service but the supplier who failed to contact me in the first palce
