Although the parcel was delivered promptly, it was delivered to the wrong address and left on their doorstep. The house number had been mistyped on your label (it was correct on the other label). Anyway, the guy who received it brought it round to me, so all was well in the end.

The Parcel was left outside my front door, instead with one of my neighbours.

My parcel was collected from the merchant late on Friday. I received an e-mail after 8am on Saturday to say that it would be delivered between 10 and 11am. At 11am I received another e-mail to say that the driver was experiencing a delay. Not a peep from them until I phoned customer services on Monday. When I explained that no card was left and that someone had been in the whole day to receive the parcel they said the driver had run out of cards. I had the delivery rearranged for the Wednesday before 12 and after trying every buzzer in the building except the one on the parcel the driver finally managed to make it to the right door and hand over the parcel. This delivery cost me more than £6 as well. A delivery from another company from much further outside London was free and very efficient.

I received an email as my parcel will arrive 17th of April. After day 15th of April in the morning when I already was in my workplace I received a text to my mobile as my parcel will arrive that day between 10:57-11:57. Therefore I was not home when the parce arrived, it was not enough time to arrange be home. I don/t know what time arrived, but the parcel was left in the groundfloor in the hallway, I am leaving 4th level, so I had to carry up the my door. I was not really happy about it. But never mind, the parcel was untouched, this is important. Kind regards Andrea

I have used this company for a while and loads times your waiting for collection for 2 days and sometimes money comes out of bank twice No contact number for i post parcels Try to ring uk mail and they wont help you

Turned up two days early and at a different time to the one I was emailed. I received no notification that it was coming and we were not at home. Luckily a neighbour was able to receive it but no note was posted through our door so we were unaware that it had come until she had to deliver it to us. I dread to think what would have happened if our neighbour was not around. Poor service all round.

When it works it works But Customer SERVICE has to be Worst Ever !! Hours on phone trying to get through to continually have the buck passed Email prob not sorted then sarcastically get message saying it is sorted Terrible !!!!!!

Great communication but the parcel contained eggs. It has fragile tape all over it but still the eggs were damaged.

Parcel delivered to the wrong address. Emailed and called customer service Didn't get a reply from either. Thankfully lady at the address were parcel was delivered called me to inform me that my parcel was at her address. So i had to go and collect the parcel myself. Not what i would call a good service.

the parcel was wrongly routed to Northampton so arrived a day late. Then it was left under a bush outside the following day before the office opened - so not impressed !

We paid for next day, before 12 delivery and parcel didn't arrive for a further 2 days. Very disappointed

Parcel was to be delivered to s business address which was open, the parcel was left at a different proprty on a door step on the same site even though a clear sign stated to take any parcels to the shop. It was lucky I visited the property today and found my parcel or I would have been contacting you today to complain.

Parcel was left OUTSIDE my back yard gate in an alley with open access to anyone (hence the driver was able to leave it there). Thankfully I have honest neighbours, but anyone could have picked it up, so it's lucky it was still there when I got home. He could have left it with a neighbour for safety! But it seems speed rather than the safety of parcel was this driver concern. Can't say I can recommend this company!

I received a text early Saturday morning to say a parcel would be delivered between 11.57 & 12.57 that day. I was going away before 10.00 and assumed that I would get a note through the door to say that my parcel would be redelivered or requesting me to arrange for a time when I would be in. On my return at approximately 4pm on Sunday I discover the parcel propped on my doorstep, admittedly between a plant pot and the wall, but in clear view. I am surprised it was still there - very obvious and even more upsetting was the fact that it also indicated to anyone who might have been interested, for dishonest purposes, that my home was unoccupied. I am not impressed.

Receiverd an email stating the parcel was out for delivery on Tuesday and would be delivered early that morning, my partner waited in most of the day but nothing arrived, on checking the tracking number it stated the parcel was delayed, on Wednesday we received another email stating it would be delivered again early that morning which it was.

Im sorry to say that one of the items arrived broken and I checked with the supplier who said that they had all been well wrapped in bubble wrap etc. So we were disappointed really. The parcel did arrive on time though Thank you
