Parcel left outside door, in full view of the road, even though I was in - no attempt to hide it or to wait for me to come to the door. This is unacceptable and lazy. Other than that, all OK - delivered on time and undamaged.

A, I am not Matthew Maisey! I am the sender. B, you actually told me that the parcel to him would be collected between 22.09 and 23.09 !

Our delivery should have been of 2 parcels - on Friday 28 August one parcel was delivered clearly marked '1 of 2' - the delivery driver was adamant that there was only 1 parcel for us. After emailing the sender we were advised that the missing parcel would be delivered on 2 September - nothing arrived and eventually we ascertained via the sender that the driver couldn't find our property - very surprising as we have never had a problem with previous deliveries. Finally, the 'missing' parcel arrived on 3 September later than advised although we did receive an email indicating that delivery would be delayed.

The box had fishing bait in it it looked like it had been cut open then sealed up with selotape not happy

I was informed by email that the parcel was being delivered yesterday when in fact it was delivered today when I was out

The delivery man left my parcel on top of the wheely bin in the back garden. It was not requested and i wasnt home for 2 days after it had been 'delivered'. Luckily my parcel was still there. Very irresponsable!

The delivery person was very rude . He refused to deliver the parcel in my flat door. He asked me very rudely to come out from building to take your parcel or I am going back. His behaviour was very strange and totally unprofessional . Your firm will have to hire nice people for public dealing. It is my honest opinion . I never seen any delivery person that much rude .

I beleive a neighbour picked up the parcel, as it was there when I got home. But I noticed it was very battered in one corner so I'm not sure if it was dropped over our wall or dropped before being delivered. I was concerned as it was raining and as it was books they would've got soggy if left in a puddle. But also as it was books at least they weren't damaged by the dented corner. thanks

Driver rang bell and left parcel at door then drove off before checking that someone was in to accpet the parcel. No signature requested - parcel not signed for - contained expensive electrical equipment - fortunately not damaged. Seller had advised that I would be required to sign for the parcel.

Courier insisted I come down to collect the package, I live on the second floor which Is only 3 short sets of stairs, I told him to come up and he complained. Further he called me on the phone & shouted at me that he didn't know where to go, I live at no. 4 out of 4 flats but he started knocking on neighbours doors anyway. Bizarre behaviour in all for a simple task.

This could have easily been VERY GOOD! I loved the information given first thing in the moring that my parcels would be delivered as number 45 on the route between 12:21 and 13:21. I loved even more the offer to get a text and an email to update this when I was going to be the next delivery. Unfortunately neither text nor e-mail ever arrived and as a result I missed the delivery as I arrived home at 12:40 - just in case- and it had been delivered perhaps early about 12:15?!! If you are going to promise the text or e-mail update you have to DELIVER! I presume it requires the driver to keep updating your system? Perhaps he was rushing to finish early and failed to update Central Operations? You need to sort this out! If you are promising an update they have to be given.

Everything was good... communication... emails/texts about collection through to delivery times.... The times the goods were being delivered clashed with an appointment I had so requested goods to be left with an neighbour.... when I arrived home several hours later goods were on the doorstep of my house.... I asked neighbour if she put them there and she said no she didn't know about them.... my street is quite a busy street and the goods could have easily been stolen..... Very Poor....

I paid extra for 'AM weekday' delivery. Having done this i assumed i would be given notice of when the item was to be delivered. As it turned out the driver called me 5 minutes before he arrived at my property and nobody was in. In addition the item was delivered at around 12.15, so not in the morning. The driver did what i asked and left the item at my house. I would have been extremely dissatisfied if he had not done so. However, this did mean that took the risk of having an expensive item outside the front of my house for 5 hours. I would recommend you call customers the night before a morning delivery and again one hour before arrival. This is my view of best practice.

Parcel left on doormat outside front door in clear view of any body passing . Had been raining so very lucky that sender wrapped in plastic . Not happy at all with your service !!! Very lucky it didn't disappear Mark
