“The parcel was due between 18.27 and 19.27. It never arrived or had any note to say they would be late. Arrived next day and left in secure place I requested. Currently waiting for a parcel which should have been here by 17.07 and still not here. Rubbish service and poor communication. Would not recommend.”

“Started Badly and got no better. Rec'vd text confirming delivery time slot. Then checked tracking website and noticed the item had been ' delayed' and would not be delivered for another 48 hours. Called the supplier direct and established the parcel ( huge) had been mislaid but amazingly was found immediately after he insisted the find it. Recipient waited in and saw the van but it was left at the doorstep of the next house. A card was put through the recipient's letterbox stating no one was at home. Total tosh. A quiet country lane with only two houses but for some odd reason UK Mail dumped an expensive item at the wrong address. Very poor service and still performing as badly as their reputation.”

“Parcel left in a coal bunker outside the house, with no card or other indication that the parcel had arrived. Parcel was damaged on opening. Not good.”

“If this company are associated with UK Mail, avoid them like the plague. They damaged my first delivery. When they do send estimated time slots, they do not keep to them, or update that information. I still have not received my replacement delivery! When I rang Friday last, to check why they had not delivered: because I was told Friday And; I had a text to say the same; they told me the parcel had not gone on the van, and it is their error - not the driver's. Then they said I would definitely get it Monday; and have lied again. To cap it off, they are now saying they have no record whatsoever of the replacement delivery, when on Friday they said they had it. This is possibly the very worst delivery service imaginable. I still do not know, if and when I will receive my order, in decent condition”

“The parcel did not come when stated. It did not come that day, Thursday.. I rang 5 times to find out where it was. It was not delivered to either of my neighbours, despite me leaving a note outside the front door. That was Thursday. As I was going out on Saturday at 0830 a lady from up the road at No.3 came over with the parcel which she said was left on her doorstep. NO ONE ever signed for it - so very bad experience.”

“Initial parcel meant to be delivered on 5/2. Waited in but not delivered. Rang Exeter depot to rearrange for 6/2 but again didn't arrive. Rang them again to get delivered on the Saturday 7/2 before 10:30 but again did not turn up. Emailed your complaints dept , Hodges?, but they didn't bother to reply despite auto acknowledgement email confirming receipt. After realising they had most probably lost the parcel I contacted TalkTalk to send another of the same. I eventually received parcel 3 weeks later”

“I have no idea which delivery you are referring to as I had nothing delivered yesterday (Sunday). I had two things arrive at my house today, don't know which one was delivered by you. Both arrived in decent time since ordering and both in good condition.”

“Your service was a complete shambles,I paid extra for a morning pick up but nobody turned up till 20 mins after the between 8-1 timeslot,driver turned up In a uk mail van,not one of yours,never had the labels that again I paid extra for,couldn't give me any proof that he was taking my parcel,very poor service overall!!!!!”
