The driver was very kind, it didn't take long for the delivery to come, the company is pretty decent. I use them regularly i suggest that other people use them too as you won't be disappointed!!!

Still waiting for the parcel at the time I am being asked to review! They have siad it has been delivered (albeit several days late), but it still hasn't arrived.

I was out when my small packed arrived but it was left in a safe spot. Certainly saved a trip to the depot to collect it

Received a request to write a review about a parcel delivered yesterday. No parcel delivered from this company. No details about what the parcel was supposed to be. Hence 1* review as could be fraud.

Quite frankly I have no idea how you did since i am around 15 miles from where you delivered the parcel which was a gift to Steve Day who I am obviousley not since you e-mailed me as thegift giver. Steve got his beers and was pleased with the gift for his birthday. Thank you. I received 2 mails from you to say (1) the parcel was out for delivery and (2) to say the driver was delayed.

My parcel was not delivered yesterday (Monday) It was delivered the previous Friday. I did email you to tell you I could not be available but the parcel was delivered to a neighbour. I do not like having to go to my neighbours for a parcel it's embarrassing. What is the point of emailing you and you take no notice.

I was disgusted with this service. I did not want this parcel so was told to tell the driver to just take it back & not sigh for it. as I was in my kitchen when I see a van pull up at my next door neighbour, so I thought this is not my delivery, then a minuet later my neighbour knocks on my door to say that she thought the parcel was for her, then she looked at the name & address & saw that it was not for her , she had signed for it. I then rang customer service to say the driver did not even knock at my door & that I did not want the parcel, & was told that I had the parcel so it was my problem!!!!! then on the evening they had the cheek to send me an email saying that I had my delivery & it was signed by me which is not true.. so my review is they are utter RUBBISH.

Frozen meat in box. Label clearly stated "leave in shed" but it was left behind the garden gate in the rain. The reason I ask for these parcels to be left in the shed is that this is were the freezer is and as I am disabled it helps me. I have never had problems with UK Mail before.

It hardly deserves 1 star as the package failed to be delivered on 2 consecutive days as it was reported to me that the driver had run out of legal driving time. The next 2 working days I was not available to recieved the parcel , so it was delayed to following day. I was told by the call centre that the parcel would be delivered , but when it failed to arrive I contacted the call centre and they informed me the parcel was not out for delivery on that day . The parcel finally arrived on day 7! This was on a "next day delivery" no compensation has been offered for the abysmal service. If this is the best you can do I regret that you have failed .

I requested the package be left inside my back gate. Instead the delivery driver left my package outside the front door for anybody to take. Luckily nobody did.

Talk Talk are good at telling you little at the start of then dripping the negative information later I finally had enough and decided I definately did not want this box and sent an email to you saying please do not send this box and I am not going to receive or sign for it! In the event your delivery man quietly put the package in my porch and disappeared thus avoiding me! I did not therefore want it or sign for it. Please take the box away. You can see why I have given you a very poor marking.

Ordered a bathroom sink unit which arrived smashed and box was very damaged. Had to wait 2 days for a replacement which was once again smashed in the same place. Both times the box had been clearly dropped by courier.

Thankyou for the email that stated I had a parcel delivered yesterday. I did indeed have a parcel delivered but it was on the 27th of Feb not the 1st of March. Your email also says that by providing feedback I can be entered into a draw that took place yesterday. It would appear that your company operates 2 days behind the rest of the world, if this is the case may I have an invite to the Xmas party which I should be in a fit state to attend as I will have had 2 days to recover from our own.
