“Parcel was not delivered within the times given in the email I was sent, so I was not in when delivered, luckily a neighbour took delivery.”

“This survey email dated 2nd March told me I received a delivery yesterday on Sunday 1st March. I didn't. So obviously I'm going to rate this supposed delivery as low as possible. I did get a parcel delivery on Friday but the delivery driver was already nearly back at his van within 30 seconds of knocking. No signature was required and I've no idea which courier/delivery company it was.”

“I was given a delivery time of 16.00 - 17.00 and the parcel arrived at 16.10 so this was great when I was planning my day to make sure I was around. I did like the text/emails I got to keep me informed.”

“As I am currently 250 miles away from home, and have been for the past 4 days, I have no idea who has my parcel! I am returning home tomorrow so I may edit this review if I find a card through my door indicating that a trusted neighbour has my item. The padded envelope, containing my item, had been crammed through my letter box so I guess that's fine. I'd be interested to know if it was supposed to be signed for?”

“I live on a country estate and the driver left my parcel at the first house that he came to on the entrance to estate.... Even got the house name wrong so I didn't know where the parcel was the house owner delivered it here 2 days later after much emails to the delivery firm. I find that very unprofessional as every one here knows us if he had asked around. Big black mark from me.”

“Despite the label telling the delivery person where to leave the parcel if there was no answer, he left it with a neighbour. That was fair but the neighbour is ill I feel embarrassed that he was disturbed, even though he delivered it personally when we arrived home.”

“Parcel due to be delivered between 1227 and 1327. I was in all day and did not hear anyone knock on the door. Tracked delivery online and discovered it had been delivered at 1230. It was NOT delivered to me. I later discovered it had been delivered to a neighbour across the road. There was no card put through my letter box to tell me where the parcel had been left. This is a disgraceful service. I have emailed the sender of my parcel to inform them of the kind of service you are providing for them.”

“Well I haven't had my parcel yet! I checked online & it said it's been left in my porch! I don't have one. I've got a door step and a drive so I'm in full view. The drives got a drop curb so it's not private or secure to leave on my step. I reported this online. They relied saying case closed. I still haven't got my parcel or know where it is. I asked if it could be delivered again? As I hoped the left I porch was just a mistake! Can you please let me know if my parcel is coming ? Or do I need to collect it? Thanks”

“Your email dated 2nd March requesting I rate your service, makes reference to a delivery yesterday. Yesterday was a Sunday. No parcels are delivered on a Sunday. Furthermore, if I carry out this review I will be entered into a draw.......which occurred on the 1st March. I take it I didn't win...but then again I had no chance really. Your delivery service is excellent, parcel came three days ago. Your review system is worryingly inadequate.”
