“My experience was the same as all of these reviews! I wish I had seen them before I placed the order. I was charged for corduroys. They arrived but were too small. After much time online and on the phone I have never been credited for the return or received a replacement size. What a major disappointment!!”

👎 Orders placed & confirmed only to find out the items were not in stock at the time I placed the order.
👎No order status communications ....
👎got a shipping notification but 2 days later it’s still not showing that it’s even been taken to the the UPS facility.
👎Placed one order by phone but received no email confirmation & there is nowhere to be found in my order record.
👎No responses to NUMEROUS inquiries (message, emails, etc) about these problems.
👍 I had one good experience talking to a rep named Megan (sp?).she was very helpful and promised me FREE shipping on these orders (If & when they are fulfilled). +Another when I was able to place an order but that order seems to have disappeared👎

“I wouldnt even give them one star. I ordered shirts for christmas for my husband . Three weeks later they still havent shown up. I've spent hours on hold by phone....finally said"mailbox full" refer to live chat but theres no response there. This company has become a sham and much like the companies online that never fulfill anything. STAY AWAY . CALL BBB”

“My husband ordered a pair of corduroys. When they arrived three weeks after the order was placed, they were the wrong color AND the wrong size. He email'd about how to return and was told to just send them back. Sent them back a month ago and there has been no sign of a refund. Was told that refunds take a month to process! Still hoping I will see $165 back on our card (the $14 we paid to ship them back is, I guess, a lost cause) but I really should have checked this website first.”
“Tried to follow up on a return/refund for a few days (at least 4 calls per day). They don't answer the phone; ever. Their system disconnects you after 15 minutes of waiting. Then I discovered JP and Guideboat are the same company. I had to open a credit card dispute against Guideboat because they never refunded a return and also don't answer their phones or email; ever. Very dishonest and despicable company. I'm currently out $800, but won't give up. BBB is the next step.”
“Returned an item that looked nothing like in catalog. Tracking indicated received item October 27, yet they tell me received Nov 9. Still no refund and its Dec 2. Poor customer service”
“I returned an item in the middle of January 2019. I received no notice of it being received, so I called last week - Feb 20 - and they said they just received it (I'm calling BS on that) and I should receive my refund in a day or two. Feb 27 and no refund. They have some nice things but the way they handle refunding returns seems shady, hanging on to the money like that. Beware if you need to return things.”
