Returned some items 12/5/19. Today is 1/7 and still have not received refund. Contacted company multiple times to check on refund. Waited on hold 35+ minutes each and abandoned call because I could not wait any longer. Recached the company on 1/7 and spoke with Lisa who cut me off mid sentence then placed me on hold then spoke with "manager" Tammy. Asked about refund. She told me it was a small company with only 30 people and there was nothing she could do. I told her that was unacceptable response. She said "then why do you order from us?" At that point, the level of customer service was pretty obvious. I shared with her my feelings about her level of service and she sarcastically said" I know isn't it great" and "let me guess, I'm not going to have a job." This company has gone through bankruptcy before is likely headed that way again. It's now owned by a PE company so I am sure that customer service doesn't matter to them.

Same bad experience. Returned a product, no refund. They said they world get to it when they want. Awful.

Requested refund for an order several times. It has been 2 months and still no refund. Do not order from them.

Wow they don't even care. I was trying to find out the availability of an Irish wrap coat. It took me several days to get a response even though a ticket was made (What does that mean?) Response was it was sold out and no idea if it's coming back. Very disappointed in them . If you read the reviews you will see others are experiencing the same.

My experience was the same as all of these reviews! I wish I had seen them before I placed the order. I was charged for corduroys. They arrived but were too small. After much time online and on the phone I have never been credited for the return or received a replacement size. What a major disappointment!!

After decades of reliable Customer Service, EVERYTHING HAS GONE WRONG in the past month! 👎 Orders placed & confirmed only to find out the items were not in stock at the time I placed the order. 👎No order status communications .... 👎got a shipping notification but 2 days later it’s still not showing that it’s even been taken to the the UPS facility. 👎Placed one order by phone but received no email confirmation & there is nowhere to be found in my order record. 👎No responses to NUMEROUS inquiries (message, emails, etc) about these problems. 👍 I had one good experience talking to a rep named Megan (sp?).she was very helpful and promised me FREE shipping on these orders (If & when they are fulfilled). +Another when I was able to place an order but that order seems to have disappeared👎 This is SO SAD! 😢 I (& my many Art Deco friends) have been faithful customers for DECADES! Is this coming to an end?

Returned order November 1st for size issue..... Now December 23rd......7 emails / 4 extremely long on hold calls... no communication from company on status of exchange item. Very poor service for an upper line company. Jonathan Pittman 5403763678

Despicable service is NON existent. Ordered 3 weeks ago for Xmas and NOTHING has arrived, no product, no e mail, no response to phone, email. I'm calling BBB Ha ha add a photo of what??? nothing???

I wouldnt even give them one star. I ordered shirts for christmas for my husband . Three weeks later they still havent shown up. I've spent hours on hold by phone....finally said"mailbox full" refer to live chat but theres no response there. This company has become a sham and much like the companies online that never fulfill anything. STAY AWAY . CALL BBB

This company is the worst customer service. It is non-existent. You order a product, they discontinue it and you can never get a hold of them. How is this business still afloat. Madness.

My husband ordered a pair of corduroys. When they arrived three weeks after the order was placed, they were the wrong color AND the wrong size. He email'd about how to return and was told to just send them back. Sent them back a month ago and there has been no sign of a refund. Was told that refunds take a month to process! Still hoping I will see $165 back on our card (the $14 we paid to ship them back is, I guess, a lost cause) but I really should have checked this website first.

Tried to follow up on a return/refund for a few days (at least 4 calls per day). They don't answer the phone; ever. Their system disconnects you after 15 minutes of waiting. Then I discovered JP and Guideboat are the same company. I had to open a credit card dispute against Guideboat because they never refunded a return and also don't answer their phones or email; ever. Very dishonest and despicable company. I'm currently out $800, but won't give up. BBB is the next step.

Returned an item that looked nothing like in catalog. Tracking indicated received item October 27, yet they tell me received Nov 9. Still no refund and its Dec 2. Poor customer service

Very complicated billing/refund process. It takes forever and they get very ugly about it. Never again. Cannot recommend.

I returned an item in the middle of January 2019. I received no notice of it being received, so I called last week - Feb 20 - and they said they just received it (I'm calling BS on that) and I should receive my refund in a day or two. Feb 27 and no refund. They have some nice things but the way they handle refunding returns seems shady, hanging on to the money like that. Beware if you need to return things.

Charged my card for what wasn't in stock (although it was on their website) and still haven't got my refund . 5 days and waiting.
