“I was pretty skeptical about Japan Ski Experience at first, I searched for days to see if it was a scam of some kind. I took a leap of faith and booked my first ski trip to Japan through them. Ben and Yuka were extremely diligent with their responses and never took more than a day to get back to me and answer any question I had (and I had a lot). Even after all of this I was still a littttttle unsure on our way to Japan. After we spent two exhausting days traveling from Honolulu to Osaka to Sapporo and finally to Niseko, Ben was literally there to meet us the moment we stepped of the bus to take us to our hotel. I think the first thing I said to him was "Oh my god you're a real person!" Long story short, they are excellent at what they do and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to book a trip to Niseko with ease and peace of mind. Thank you everyone at Japan Ski Experience for helping to make my first trip to Japan a truly unforgettable experience!”

“My trip companions and I are very pleased with the excellent services provided by JSE, and we highly recommend you to everyone who looks for a seamless and quality trip advisor in Japan. Prior to the trip, Yuka and the rest of the customer service team responded promptly and patiently to my inquiries regarding accommodation reservation, payment and other logistic arrangements. Upon arrival, our transits from the airport to Niseko and from the Niseko Welcome Centre to the apartment were smooth. What impressed us the most is that Redd (unsure how his name is spelt) the manager helped us fix a luggage issue on the night of our arrival. One of our luggage was damaged and we couldn’t unlock it. Redd showed up at our apartment soon, advised multiple solutions and helped us make some calls immediately to evaluate their feasibility. We decided to break open it and Redd went back all the way to collect the tools. He even returned twice to locate what was needed to break open the luggage made with metal. We are very grateful for how attentive, helpful and resourceful Redd and team were. We want to thank the team again for the great support you provided onsite.”
