“Duncan and Justine were EXCELLENT and there to help with every question that we had. We are Super happy with the service that we received. The Setsumon was a lovely apartment and worked so well for us. Nice and spacious and clean. It was well positioned for easy access to the slopes. We would definitely be very keen to use Japan Ski Experience again for our next holiday. Thank you”

“It is 10/10 experience with JKE. Pre-trip, the consultation process was very comprehensive, and it helped to de-stress the travel prep in a great deal. It’s really a one-stop solution that I would recommend to anyone who is interested in ski in Japan. We had bookings for car, hotel, equipment, pass, classes etc. All were delivered smoothly! For the car booking, we made a pre-payment and the driver ended up charging us separately. JSE helped to clarify very quickly and provided the refund (from double payment) within 2 weeks. I bring up this up because JSE impressed me a lot on how they handled this issue - one should trust a business that can provide the refund promptly. Very impressive! Thank you JSE, it was great experience!”

“Duncan, Ben, and all the crew at JSE were fantastic! The process couldn't be easier, you choose a location, provide dates and a budget, and they get back to you with a range of accommodation. Aside from flights, every aspect of the trip can be organised through them - once accommodation has been selected, you can add resort services such as transfers, lift passes, gear hire, etc. all through a central portal. The prices quoted are the same as if you were to book each thing individually yourself. Additionally, they'll pick you up from the welcome centre on arrival, and drop you off for your return transfer. While waiting for check-in to open, they took us to the rental shop to organise our equipment, and advised us on the general layout of the village + recommendations for food en route to the shop. Our lift tickets were waiting for us at check-in time. Absolutely the most hassle free ski trip booking process I've ever used, everyone at JSE are super helpful and friendly, and very responsive to queries via email, etc. 10/10 - will absolutely use again.”
