“James was fantastic to deal with from the begining and we ended up having an awesome holiday. We had one enquiry mid trip, and even though you couldn't help us the service was fast, responsive and clear. Thanks for your assistance and would definitely use again.”

“Your staff were really helpful and in particular both Tarsha and Chie were our main contacts throughout the process. I would definitely recommend you guys to others and will strongly consider using your service again. There were a few minor issues that came up with the Evergreen ski school and some confusion around what a beginner is versus a first timer, so the first day lessons for my wife was a bit of a mess. While this was a bit of a hassle on the day it was a minor part of the overall experience and we had a fantastic family holiday which you helped us create. Cheers!”

“I inundated the team with questions, and no matter how trivial or silly, I got all my questions answered. The response time was quick, the guys went above and beyond to give me suggestions outside of scope as I was asking for things not within the bookings. I also felt I got a good deal with accomodation and that was the highlight for us. On arrival, I got a concierge (a nice surprise) and then when my pick up was late, I got through to the team with just a phone call! Super reliable !”
