“The thought of booking our first family ski holiday in Japan felt hugely overwhelming but once I discovered Japan Ski Experience all the stress was taken away. Sarah and the team were so helpful in helping us find a chalet to suit our needs and budget and advised on everything from lessons (group & private),transfers, restaurants, ski hire, lift passes and everything in between. The whole trip could not have run more smoothly thanks to their organization and we will definitely be booking again next year!”

“This is my family's first time visiting Niseko and we are clueless how to choose a suitable accomodation. Japan Ski Experience has been most helpful in guiding my through the possible options. The responses were very promot, detailed and helpful to enable us to make an informed decision based on our preferred budget. The staff such as Duncan was patient in answering my numerous questions. And I am grateful there were emails reminding me of my next step, as the trip was drawing closer. For example, it was time to book my transport, to book any ski activities. Lastly there was a travel document which summarised all our reservations and the details. That was really great for us. Thank you!”

“Hassle Free Holiday number 2. Second time that Japan Ski Experience has made our family trip hassle free! Always a quick response with accommodation options to match all our questions, including changing dates. The whole process from booking through to arriving with our tickets and lesson's prebooked at our accommodation, just made it easy for us. No question too hard to answer. Will be using them again in the future!”
