I shop at j.c. Penney in moline, illinois. The employees there are wonderful. A young man named Tom, red hair. Is one of the most personable sales clerks ever. A real customer service asset to j.c penney .

I just bought the most beautiful Effy brand ring at JCPenny in the Wyoming Valley mall Rose was extremely kind & helpful (not to mention witty & an overall pleasant employee!) I highly recommend asking for Rose if you have any questions or are looking to purchase a piece of jewelry for yourself at this JCPenny branch! :)

I called today customer service and Mr.Ebert was so professional and friendly he helped with my problems and solve it on the spot without giving me any trouble, he was very efficient and helpful. Very respectful person. Thank you for all your help & quick assistance

This 5-star is for the CS rep who placed order # 2021270810305519 for me. I had a B/D Rewards for $15off plus free shipping over $25. When I went to my cart my shipping charge was still showing. So I called CS and got a nice rep who was going to cancel the order and re-do on his end so the charge wouldn't show. BUT in the middle of him completing this transaction, I hear the survey....which means disconnect. I did give him 5-stars. I waited for him to return my call since they do have my #, but no call. So I called back and got a CS rep who I had to start from the beginning and she didn't act as though she knew what I was talking about. About 15 min of trying to explain to her what I was calling back for....She placed me on hold for 15 or so min (without coming back to me) then the survey again. She cancelled my order but I wasn't able to place my order again because my Reward had already been used. So I called back a third time and got a very experienced CS rep, who I had to explain from the beginning and he was able to replace my order within 5 min! But, I hung-up too fast and didn't wait for the survey. I give him 5-stars!! Please let him know. That's why I included my order # in this review.

My local JCPenney store is in Ventura, CA. I wanted to write this review for the exemplary customer service I received this week from associates Lizbeth, Maryam and Veronica. I order from JCPenney online quite often and this time, I needed to cancel 2 orders when they arrived for pickup. These associates were kind, professional and took care of my request with ease. Thank you so much!

Store #2434 jewelry department is excellent customer service due to employees Stephanie and Anastasia. I went into size a ring just recently purchased. Stephanie went above and beyond the call to help me. I would certainly recommend them to jcpenny if they want to purchase a beautiful ring as I did or anything else. because of Stephanie.

I have been with JCPenney's for 21 years. They have been fantastic I have brought my coats my clothes my jewelry everything from JCPenney's I love JCPenney so much I'm going to miss them when they leave and go out of business.

I shop at JCpenny in the Eastern Hill Mall in Williamsville, NY. I lost my driver's license and 2 credit cards while shopping in that facility. I was frantic. I called the store the next day when I was tracing back my steps. The manager said they had the license. I was ecstatic and rushed down to the store. Well when I was chatting with the cashier about how a good Samaritan found my license and turned it in, he said that was him and it was on the floor outside his register. What a good trusting character this person name ALI has. I am eternally grateful by his good works. Thank you Ali for being the honest person you are.

JASON IN THE BLINDS DEPARTMENT WAS FANTASTIC. For months now I have been working at trying to get the right kind of blinds & consulting friends,etc.& I thought Penney’s was closing& it would be only clearance items available! JASON at the Newington NH store, zipped right in on the computer found exactly what I needed within a few minutes, I had the right items, a credit card( I’ll be sure to be back) & a discount. He was very knowledgeable & informative. He was personable, patient and reassuring. I now know you’re NOT closing and I can return at a later date to order more blinds as needed. What a great employee you have in this young man. I look forward to shopping in this store in the future!

Love JC Penney online ordering. Great sale prices and delivers right to my house and, if necessary, I can return to a local store at no charge. This time, I ordered lamps at a really great price but when they arrived they were missing the harps and finials. Emailed back and forth with customer service asking first to have them just send the parts to me (no, you'll have to return and reorder) then asking them to just reimburse me and let me buy my own (no against company policy). So I gave up and bought them on my own because I hate the hassle of return/reorder. THEN, I get an email from furnituresupport@jcpenney.com apologizing for the error and telling me to watch my mailbox for a $25 gift certificate. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. So, I'm happy to report I will remain a JC Penney customer.

I always order curtains for all of my windows and never had a problem and they have a large selection of curtains to choose from. I didn't know that JCP offers in-home custom curtains and design services. you really need to advertise that more. well anyway I never had any problems with JCP and will always go to them for my window treatments.

I had the pleasure of meeting a very courteous, professional, thorough & knowledgeable employee in the appliance dept. Michelle did an outstanding job in helping me with my selection. I was extremely pleased with the service received from her. Those are the types of traits that makes outstanding customer service. Good looking out Michellle😁
