Still not refunded my money after 1 month. Returned online purchased item to store. Was told I would be refunded on card I purchased item online with….. have receipts and still no refund 1 month later.

Beware ! JD Sports sell their 'Ultimate' Gift Card but it is NOT usable in all of the stores listed and printed on the card ! It CANNOT be used in Scott's Sports as shown, you CANNOT buy anything online with the Addidas brand name and use the gift card to pay for it ! JD Sports do NOT tell customers this when buying gift cards and will refuse to refund the money bought and added to any cards as a result ! This company are misleading in their advertising and sales of these cards and refuse to issue refunds as a result leading to you having to take legal action against them as are your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 2015. BUYERS BEWARE OF THE ABOVE ILLEGAL ADVERTISING AND SELLING OF ULTIMATE GIFT CARDS !

I spent over £500 on this waste of a company and have not received my order. I rang them and they said an Evri driver had left it on the shed, I told them there was nothing on my shed. Asked to speak to a manager who was so rude and unprofessional - he said they had proof of delivery (an image of a box inside the shed) and there is nothing he can do. He didn’t even listen to my side of the story - appalling!!! When I got home I looked at the shed picture only to discover it is not even my shed 😭😭. I rang customer service back today, firstly spoke to a very very rude unprofessional assistant, same rude Assitant that I spoke to on Monday 😭😭 I had to hang up and ring back to speak to someone else who informed me there is nothing customer service can do for me as it’s been escalated to Order.Authorisations who are only available through emails, so I sent them an email, it’s been back and forth emails with this other unhelpful human, who when I asked for a proof of delivery with my house number she sent me a Google map 😭😭😭 highly disappointed. I made a claim back with my bank which am still waiting for an outcome which could take up to 8 weeks 😭😭😭. It pains so much that I have to go through this, if I knew I would have gone elsewhere - out of pocket and no goods. Please avoid JD SPORTS! at all costs. The customer service is unspeakable, managers they dnt care about customers all they are interested in is making money at all costs. I requested to make a complaint regarding how the manager was so rude and unprofessional towards me on Monday with the lady from Order.Authorisations and she did not even address the topic! - it’s like as a customer I dnt matter at all! I message them on instagram and upto now no reply!!! Profits are made by retaining your customers, customers are the ones that keeps your business going, you can have all the products but if you do not have customers to purchase them it’s a failed business - treat your customers with a little respect and dignity it goes a long way!!! It’s such a disgrace! I am never ever spending even a penny at this company. PLEASE AVOID JD SPORTS. Please spend your money where you are respected and valued as a customer and not at JD SPORTS where you are spoken and treated like trash!

Took my 13 year old daughter to JD in Peterborough Queensgate and was not allowed in the changing room with her. The manager told me that only small children are allowed as bigger children are not vulnerable enough?! There is a larger changing room available so the H&S rule cited was irrelevant so security is apparently more important than the comfort and security of a young, nervous teenager. The sales assistant when I asked to see the manager rudely answered me back and smirked while relaying to the manager I wanted to speak to him. You must empower managers to make local decisions my daughter was very uncomfortable with the situation and it is none of a managers business how vulnerable older children are I was not going to discuss her issues in the sales floor.

I purchased shoes on Black Friday for my son, for Christmas. Unfortunately, we were not able to celebrate Christmas with family due to positive covid cases. We finally celebrated in mid-January. It was then that we noticed the salesperson gave us the correct size 11 but it was in women's and not in men's. We tried to exchange the next day. They said no because it was past 45 days. I tried calling corporate customer service and was told the same thing. Apparently their "systems" won't allow it. Having worked many years in retail, I know that is BS. Every system can be over written by a manager. I didn't want a return, I wanted an exchange

By far the worst company I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with !!! The staff have no communication skills they are all rude and extremely arrogant. I placed a click and collect order confirming that I would be in receipt of my item the same day. When JD Sports fail to fulfill my order i query this with customer services I’m then greeted with the most unprofessional group of staff on the planet. Will never give them my money again !!!

Beware. Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a pair of shoes on sale. I waited 2 weeks, only to realise that they have sent me the completely wrong shoes. (Of similar value).. I checked the website and the shoes I bought had been taken down from the website. All I asked was to receive a different colour variation of the same shoe (so that I could still benefit from the sale price) which I thought was quite fair, as this was their mistake. 20 emails later, and some phone calls to managers. The only thing they offer is a refund. Their system conveniently doesn't allow to do ANYTHING but returns/refunds. Worst customer support I have ever delt with in my life.

delivered my trainers to the wrong address said to me fill a form done that only to find out it was pointless, the claiming we can’t do anything about it. be aware of scams like JD sports.. using Hermes, I have change the name to some different company disgusting behaviour. JD sports.

I will never shop with this company again, I have spent thousands and I’ve been treated like a thief, I was due two parcels and one was delivered which was a t shirt, the courier was Evri and a picture was taken of this parcel on my neighbours doorstep and given to my neighbour, I was also due a jacket, the tracking number for the jacket according to jd sports is the one that a picture was taken of the t shirt and the tracking number for the t shirt doesn’t show a picture just a gps map location, JD escalated this to their claims dept and rejected my claim as they say the jacket was delivered, I emailed saying why is there only one picture and you can clearly see it’s a tiny parcel which was the t shirt, I even reordered the jacket yesterday as I need to be sure I’ve got it as it’s a present, I’m now on the phone to my bank crying as I’m £88 out of pocket as JD have said I won’t get a refund, surely if I didn’t give the courier authorisation to deliver to anyone or leave my parcels anywhere I’m not liable for any loss, this gives couriers the scope to steal parcels surely? They take a picture to protect themselves but why didn’t they take a picture of both parcels I’d had delivered within a minute of each other, I’m also going to contact the CEO of JD sports as I’m flabbergasted that as a loyal customer I’m treated like this. Why would you use couriers like Evri, they even changed their name to get rid of their reputation. This has now been taken up by the ceo dept of evri and jdsports and evri have said They can clearly see that only one parcel has been delivered and not two and they can’t understand why jdsports have treated me like this, the only person out of everyone I’ve spoken to who could see this, ceo dept of jdsports is now investigating it all. Jdsports you are a disgrace because if I hadn’t had the idea to contact the ceo I’d have no way of getting my money back

An order of £80 was delivered to the wrong place. JD sports didn't want to know. I never receive my order. Be careful when ordering from them.

Staff- especially the person purporting to be in charge - at JD Sports Elizabeth St, Brisbane, have no appreciation of customer service, nor the need to protect and build JD brand and loyalty. Bought a pair of sneakers in Pacific Fair Gold Coast store and staff promoted the Australia wide concept given we were returning to Brisbane before flying to NZ. They insisted we buy a silicon spray to protect the shoes. Once in Brisbane we found that those sprays cannot be carried on airplanes. When went to return at JD store in Brisbane, all sorts of excuses including that staff at Pacific Fair store had made a mistake. We left the spray at the store without a refund.

I provisionaly claimed bk the money from my bank but they have now took the money back and said its down to the retailer. The courier dumped the parcel outside A front door! ILL SAY A FRONT DOOR AS THERE IS 300 FLATS HERE AND THE PHOTO THEY TOOK IS OF A PARCEL ON THE FLOOR AND THE BOTTOM HALF OF A DOOR, I DUNNO WHOS DOOR AS THEY ARE ALL THE SAME COLOUR IN THESE FLATS.They then Stated that it was left in the porch.i live in a flat so obviously no porch.they have broke there own rules under agreement clause 10.7 "leave in a safe place" how is dumping a parcel outside a door a safe place? The company is a joke and I'm not letting this drop.order number 823465496.just so JD CAN THEN TRY AND FOB ME OFF AND SAY GET BACK INTOUCH WITH THE BANK, THEN THE BANK WILL SAY GET BACK INTOUCH WITH JD.I KNOW WHOS AT FAULT AND ITS DOWN TO THE RETAILER WHO HAVE BROKEN THEIR CONTRACT WITH ME.

I was on holiday and I placed an order for express delivery and even paid EXTRA for this service. This was the order number : 828382616 and date of order: 11/09/2022. The order was NOT delivered during the advertised time-period which was promised under the express delivery service. Secondly, the item was delivered LATE to the hotel (after I had checked-out). This incident happened on the 11th September 2022. Now the hotel STILL has the package in their possession. I have contacted the Hilton hotel, and they mentioned that they are unable to return it. JD sports cannot even make arrangements to get the item picked-up, the package which they delivered LATE and it is their fault I am in this position and situation. I currently do not have the package which I ordered and PAID for. Neither have I been given a refund. I have made a complaint to JD sports regarding this issue and they have not even got back to me regarding this issue. I have made multiple phone calls to them and they simply do not care. I am extremely annoyed with this situation and this situation is still not resolved. JD sports should have given me a refund as I am in this situation due to their negligence of not being able to properly provide an express service. They should not make customers pay for services they simply cannot provide.

The sales assistant locked me in the changing room. I had to bang on the door until she let me out! Absolutely horrifying experience. Not sure that’s even legal and I’m quite certain it’s an OH&S issue. Epping, Melbourne.
