Went to purchase tracksuit yesterday ,when I got to till was told the wrong price was on it ,now I find it strange that there was over 10 tracksuits hanging up with the supposedly wrong price on all of them, staff at till not very pleasant !!

I ordered a football top to be delivered for my brothers birthday and it was never delivered. JD Sport said it would be delivered within 5 working days, they didn’t have it in stock, they didn’t bother to inform me that they didn’t have it in stock but still took my money, they then never answered my enquire till 4 days after it was sent, they then told me I would be refunded the money within 5 working days and it is 7 working days and I still haven’t received it. I would not advise anyone to purchase anything from them online. They are a total disgrace.

I'd give minus stars if I could. Wrong shoes delivered to wrong house, horrendous customer service, cheeky representatives, 12 days no refund, just atrocious behaviour

I can't wait to get out of this shop as the music which is mostly rap is blareing.spoke to a member of staff who I thought was in charge but he said he likes it.

Just been badly let down. Ordered in store paid for next day delivery. Two days later still no product, which was a birthday gift but too late now. Phone staff unhelpful, never reply to emails and live chat isn’t really live chat! Really angry and let down. Will go elsewhere in future.

We love to browse at JD, they've got really nice track suits and trainers. Our local store in Luton The Mall is also great on service. Very polite friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Went to the one in st Stephens hull , staff are rude , asked for a shoe if it not on we don’t have it , bought my son a bag girl on till was chewing gum , no eye contact, please or thank you , I will not be shopping in here again , you need to do spot checks , this store could be doing so much better if you had the right management in there .

recently visited store in Romford, Rude, lazy staff, who can’t be bothered to approach customers and would rather chat to their mates or hide behind the wall.

What a joke..... Ordered high value goods from JD Sports. They thought it would be funny to use Hermes as a courier - who failed to deliver to me and leave my parcel outside, which they called safe place (dry and secured from the public) When I get home, no parcel. Rang JD Customer Care went through the whole process of waiting 28 days, signed documents and listened to them. 28 days exceeded chased JD Sports; who in turn told me my claim has been escalated to the Security Team - who are actually the Online Orders Retention Team based in Rochdale. Nobody on the Customer Care Team would comment. I had to speak to the Online Orders Retention Team who dont answer the phone but ring you. Customer Care Team refused to refund or replace my lost parcel as they where delivered to my property. So in short orders can be dropped off in your garden without a signature and if you dont get your parcel then JD will not help.

I ordered 2 men’s tops was told delivery would be on Friday 3rd May so I waited in and they didn’t arrive I them received another email saying my new delivery date was Saturday 4th I again waited in and it didn’t arrive, I then phoned customer services to be told by 3 different agents that the van broke down, they had been and I wasn’t in, and the last one said they couldn’t find my house and could I describe my front garden and state the colour of my front door. ( I live in a residential area in a street of semi detached houses) I then spoke to a manager who said she would sort it out and ring me back it is now Tuesday 7 th May and I am still waiting will never shop with J D again

quick&cheap delivery and very easy to return something ordered but takes a very long time for the money to be refunded- was told within a few days but it was actually 3 months before I saw the money returned, reasonable prices and have got a lot of discounts

Made an order for 6 items and only 1 item came. It wasn’t until I contacted them and they informed me that there was an error with the order. I still didn’t receive the items and then a couple of weeks later I was given a refund. Very poor service!

think twice before ordering in this site and paying the extra for next day delivery. It is an absolute con. I paid for it to come the next day for a present for a friend didn’t even get dispatched until 7pm the following night. Wouldnt order off here again. You can’t even get through to customer service it’s one of those really annoying robots. That make you wanna throw your phone at the wall after getting no we’re for an hour!

Terrible company!! Avoid at all costs! Firstly paid for next day delivery and item was delivered 2 days later. Returned item to them by the recommended courier Hermes as advised in website. Hermes confirm parcel was delivered to their returns warehouse. No refund. Call up and 2 different agents on 2 different days advise return has not been received! 6 days later still waiting for my refund and they tell me to keep calling for updates!?! Surely, as customer services they should be keeping me updated?! To make things worse, they still have no idea exactly what i have returned despite telling them about 6 times and it actually being in my order confirmation! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Jdsports, you need to train your staff. Visited the shoe department of jd sports Brookfield Centre Cheshunt yesterday. Rude, lazy staff, who can’t be bothered to approach customers and would rather chat to their mates or hide behind the wall. We waited and waited and in the end had to go to the till area to ask for help, even though 2 or 3 girls were standing around laughing and ignoring us. Unhelpful when it came to assisting us and the assistant disappeared (allegedly looking for what we wanted) for ages and in the end we gave up and walked out. So, you lost a sale on 2 pairs of expensive trainers. Get your act together and hire some decent staff.

Maybe its Time to hire people who would be happy working there!!! Rude,attitude is horrible you need feel bad cause asked something. This shop its absolutely last stop ever if Im looking for... something.. Young, lazy kids who works there!

Constantly messing up orders online sending wrong items to store , then my local store Isn’t very helpful and the manager is rude and unhelpful, she’s a waste of space and miserable
