Jd and their lying delivery partner Hermes.. the worst company's I’ve ever dealt with.. Never will I order from them again!! Using the pandemic for an excuse for taken two weeks to issue my £170 refund.

Got cancellation of part of the order after receiving the 1st part... I had paid for delivery and if we would have known the top was not available we would have never bought the bottom part.... so if we want to re-order... we have to pay for delivery again. So bad... first experience for my daughter using her birthday money... never again! Customer service So bad, asked twice for the information already provided... And finally: sorry we can not do anything

If only I was able to give 0 stars here. Order three items at the beginning of March. Have not received any of them as they apparently were out of stock. For one of items I am still waiting for refund two and a half months later. Their customer service is absolute shambles as well. Will never use this company again.

I made a order three weeks ago payment gone out of my account no delivery, keep emailing and calling them they are not getting back to me and also they really mess my boys eid day up !!!! , I have ever experienced this before and also this not the way to treat customers!!! So disappointed!!

Made a order on the 10 th may token money out of my account , I haven’t received any of my goods keep emailing them they are not getting back to me about it so annoying this is how they treat customers never been in this mess with any retailers online ,

I bought trucksuit Received the top no bottoms been emailing jd no ones coming back phoned no answer. Bought for eid. But it looks like I will have no bottoms on eid. So thank u jd for missing my eid day up.

Ordered a pair of trainers online received a used pair, refund refused fair trading involved. I wouldn't this recommend this company to anyone. Check out reviews before thinking about purchasing.

If I could have given them a 0 I would have. I attended the MacArthur Square store to exchange a pair of shoes. Upon returning home and opening my bag I discovered they put the shoes I’d returned in the bag for me to bring home. I called the store to make sure the pair i should have brought home was put aside, after being on hold for 10-15 minutes while they attempted to organise this I was told they would be at the front counter. When I’ve gone back to the store to pick up the correct shoes, after 10-15 minutes of waiting while they again tried to figure out what was going on they tried to give me a different size shoe which I couldn’t take, I was told that was my only option because they had SOLD the pair I was coming in to collect. The level of customer service is pathetic, I was told at one point by the staff member serving methat they hadn’t personally done this so I shouldn’t be annoyed at her. This isn’t the first time I’ve received subpar service, and frankly I’ll never buy anything from JD again.

Took payment for an order out of stock stated would be refunded no refund . Purchased product elsewhere now they state they will not refund as have managed to get the product delivered in 3 weeks time. Told them I don’t want as purchased elsewhere they can’t guarantee the order can now be cancelled. Why should I go through the inconvenience of returning the item then wait further for refund. Shocking ! Should have read reviews before purchasing. Raised dispute through PayPal now

Very Poor Customer Service, Soon after i ordered i requested for cancellation. I sent 5 mails asking to cancel my order but a mail stated today they dispatched my order. Very Rude and Very Poor Service

Charles I ordered adidas trainers they cancelled my order day before it was due never got refund had nothing that was 2 months ago will never buy again had no problems with any other company do not use JD waste of time money

Order 2 pairs of shoes they sent 2 wrong sizes. Asked me to send one back I did refused refund and sent back can’t provide tracking and they are lost. I am not out a couple of hundred dollars absolute scammers

Terrible customers service, well acctually terrible everything. Orders still 2 weeks over due. I literally wanted a hoodie, that was what spurred me to turn to JD after a small shopping spree on the site... guess what? The hoodies been cancelled. The whole reason i ordered is no longer there. I have tried.multiple ways to get in contact, if your trying to contact them try twitter. They atleast show a little.bit of face as everyone can see it and reply to you telling you too direct message them... then proceed to ignore you.
