My daughter spent $220 on a pair of Nike Air Max 270. She wore them to school twice and the sole was deflating. I contacted JD and nothing they can do as they are a leisure shoe. The company requested I send 10 return emails with different questions and information which I did and now out of warranty period.

Bought a pair of leggings 5 days ago noticed the logo was pealing off ,went back in to store for simple exchange ,(manager) was so rude and wanted to send them away. could understand if they was old but 5 days come off it

I won’t even start with my story regarding JD sport as I will be here all day. Terrible customer service. I will never shop at this shop ever again. How a business can still be running with this kind of service I don’t know. Please don’t buy from this store.

I wish I could give it minus 1 Million stars!! Ordered shoes for my son on the 9th of February 2020 to be delivered the next day and paid the highest delivery charge of £5.99 as it was my son’s birthday on the 10th. Order was accepted and was due to be delivered the next day. The following day around 3pm I heard nothing and when I checked the progress of my order online I got to know it was with DPD and was due to be delivered same day. I contacted DPD and they said they have not received my order.I was puzzled. I called JD to enquire and a very young and inexperienced lady told me it can not be delivered today but hopefully the next day and straight away refunded my delivery charges which was not the solution to my problem as I had my son’s birthday party that evening. The delivery info on JDs website was misleading and was suggesting that the item was with the courier (DPD) which was very disappointing considering JDs business level.I asked her to get her manager to write to me and explain why they could not keep up their promise and she said she will do this. Today is the 22nd and I have not received anything from them. I can only conclude that they misled me and lied to me in the first place as they probably new they couldn’t deliver the next day but obtained business through misguidance and lies. My order number was 439271254 And the shoes were Nike air max 97 junior worth over £100 including delivery. Shame on JD

Trying to Dora explore my package is what you get on this garbage site!I would have a better chance getting my shoes from al bundy!Sure they will be woman’s shoes but they would be on time!They tell you feb 17 estimated delivery.Package just sits there no movement!Now they tell me February 20 estimated delivery.Maybe if the workers would actually do there job!I would get my shoes in a timely manner!This is the last time I deal with this garbage site!

Bought a £145 pair of Nikes from JD Sports three and half months ago, they have been looked after, hardly used and even been Creped as suggested by the store who was more than happy to sell them. The soles are starting to come off and so I called JD Customer Services. They asked me to take them into store and they would be sent off for inspection. All very well until we get to meet Sonia who called herself a 'manager' Sonia did not look at the shoes, did not show any sign of empathy, just counted on her fingers up to three, looked at me and said 'nothing we can do it's over three months! I stated that customer services knew when I had purchased them and why in that case had they asked me to bring them in? She just said 'don't know', I asked to speak to another manager who could not be bothered to come over to me, she just returned and said it's 3 months, I said so don't buy shoes from JD and she just SHRUGGED her shoulders and walked off! I left the store and called Customer Services who could not believe what she had told me, he said he would call the store and ask her to sort it out, I went back to the store and Sonia was on the phone, for once she was on the store phone and not her personal phone which I saw her multiple times using and even talking on whilst customers queued! The guy from the call centre came back on the phone and said oh you are back in the store then Sonia has just told me! I expected maybe for her to come over to me, and maybe apologise, quite the opposite she walked off out the back, I stood and waited a further 5 minutes, she walked passed me, and then as she walked back unbelievably she STARED at me, it was embarrassing to the point that I said 'Are you going to sort these shoes out?' she said YES come over! Your so called manager did not look at the shoes, did not ask me what was wrong with them, did not apologise, was rude, and continued with her attitude, she had obviously gossiped with her team members (totally unprofessional) as they were looking at me when I returned to the store. She never apologised, not once! Oh and the funny thing is not one of the managers in this store seem to know the correct policy! Very poor service, I would definitely not recommend, if you are going to buy Nikes buy direct from Nike!

I went into the Perth JD Sports last week with my granddaughter, and may I declare that the service was absolutely disgraceful! We were assisted if you could even call it that, by a young, short blonde boy with a horrible attitude! My granddaughter barely had two seconds looking at a pair of trainers before he snapped at us "Are you going to buy those?" When she decided that she'd like to try them on, he went to get them in her size and didn't return for 12 minutes, he'd been standing talking to another staff member on the other side of the shop and I could clearly see him! He came over with the trainer's threw the shoes on the seat and waited impatiently for my granddaughter to try them on! They fit her fine, so I politely asked him if we could buy them and he sighed with a quiet "yeah" and walked away to the counter with the shoes. To say we won't be returning to this store is an understatement. Very disappointed

I bought some trainers from JD Sports. They dug into the Achilles Tendon of my right foot. I wore them on and off for some time hoping they would "break in" but the pain always returned. JD Sports refused to give me a refund and refused to submit the trainers at their cost to an independent authority for testing. Do not do business with this disreputable firm.

Ordered a boys tracksuit online arrived no problem but didn't fit. There was no paperwork inside the parcel, and when I returned it was told I couldn't have a refund without paperwork. I was told I would have to phone customer services for a replacement invoice. I had emails on my phone, the bag it came in had bar code, numbers, dates, etc, but was told none of that was any good. Had to settle for an exchange that I didn't want, or bus it home, make a call, wait for paperwork to arrive, then eventually, bus it back to j. D. Manager didn't really want to know. Very unhelpful. One lost customer.

Paid 170 pounds for a double down Armani jacket. Being winter,double down sounded good, nice thick warm jacket. When received was thin as a cigarette paper #8681455

I placed an order, in person, at the store. The clerk checked for availability before placing my order and gladly took payment. Seven days later my order was canceled for no reason. I now have to wait an additional seven days for my money to be refunded. I will never do business with this company again.

Worst service ever don't shop here. My daughter ordered and paid for a pair of trainers in store with xmas money over 3 weeks ago. 2 days later got confirmation email to say it was making it's way through the warehouse and that's the last I heard until I contacted last week. It must be a hell of a warehouse if it takes over 3 weeks! Following my email I received 2 emails saying due to backlogs there's been a delay and finally today an email to say my order had been cancelled. So they've been with my daughters money for 3 weeks gainjng interest on it, no wonder there doing well if there doing the same thing to lots of customers which from reading these reviews it sounds like they are. This is totally wrong and shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. if my husband who's self employed took money before he did the job and then refused to deliver the goods he'd be sued but JD know people won't go to those lengths so carry on false advertising when they know the stocks not there to deliver and taking the money! If I could put no stars I would have dreadful appalling service & I shall tell everyone what a rip off they are. Shame on you as I won't be shopping with you again you get a better service I Primark and it's a hell of a lot cheaper. Shops like you deserve to go bankrupt and if you carry on with this awful service you will!

My son tried to purchase a top, 4 times the order was accepted, 4 times JD took his money and 4 times they sent their automated ‘Yikes’ cancellation response. I then spent 7 days communicating with 5 different people 4 of whom didn’t reply with a relevant response. I will never deal with this company online again. Appalling is an understatement of their service.

**FALSE ADVERTISING** **FALSE ADVERTISING** DO NOT FALL INTO JD PROMPTING YOU WITH FASTER DELIVERY SERVICE If i could rate minus stars i would, i have had a shocking experience with JD sports with both delivery and customer service. i placed an order on the 19th of December with the promise i will receive it before Christmas however i did not receive my item until nearly 10 days later (i could have payed for normal service) bearing in mind that i had payed extra for delivery before Christmas, i then had a issue with the DHL driver that was scheduled to deliver my parcel who was lazy enough to tell me he had been past the delivery address and would not return as to far away (his job is to of course deliver all parcels in his van within his working hours which he did not for fill) in which JD tried to tell me that its not JD fault yet they (JD) decide to use 3rd party delivery service promising delivery before a certain date and the 3rd party not reciprocating the deal promised by JD Sports. To then top this off JD customer care team said they can only offer 10 voucher for this and that is the maximum they can offer for doing something illegal which is prompting me to order and buy something with a promise i would get it ASAP and then letting me down. you can search online about false advertising and it will clearly show you a company should not being doing that especially a store like JD I would urge people to try shop elsewhere and find alternative shops that has what you like in store, i have shopped in JD for many many years and now will no longer do so. This is all over minor money but its not the point its about the principles and rules

Order on the 25th of December, the item arrived only to discover it was the wrong item I ordered Nike uk 2 parcel was Adidas uk 8.5. Hassle after hassle numerous emails, calls and trip to stores only to be told item would need to be returned before replacement could be issued. Email support is ridiculous and wait ages for response despite being told by them on the phone they will be assigned my emails to ensure quick response. Spoke with 6 different people. They wanted trainers returned via Royal Mail which was also a hassle. Finally after calling and calling and emailing with my proof of returns did someone eventually say the new replacement would be sent. Paid for item on 25/12/19 never got correct item till 9/01/2020 eventually got £3.99 refunded for my original delivery charge

first of all one of the items i ordered and paid for went was out of stock after i got the confirmation email and then they lost my WHOLE order after making me wait for 2 weeks and not being able to ring them or contact them.... They are so rude. I tried to return my air force which had never been worn to be told they had tan on them and i couldnt return them when i never even wore them and someone else probably tried them on and didrtied them. make sure to check your stuff before buying!!! so rude and terrible customer service never stepping a foot in there again
