The worse company I've ever dealt with You just keep getting messages saying they need more time and never get them to answer the phone I have been waiting 3 weeks for a delivery with no advise !

Bought a FULL PRICED shoes. Took forever to arrive. And when it finally got delivered, the shoe box arrived ripped and torn with sticky tape all over it. Wrote a feedback to their service centre, the response I got was ‘thank you for enquiring about your returns’. No sorry or no nothing.

this Website sucks. They sell fake stuff. Didn’t even get my air max 200’s. That’s crazy to me. Don’t use this website please for me. You won’t get what you want. They steal money. And they don’t even give you your stuff. Be my guest to use if you wanna waste $140 on some shoes you don’t even end up getting.

I ordered 6 hoodies and 2 pairs of runners costing €515 only received 6 hoodies ..received a refund for 1 pair of runners ...no email to say they out were out of stock ..no correspondence about the other pair ..JD still have 120€ of my money sent 2 emails and have tried to ring 7 times today ! Also no receipt provided !

Appalling. Sent the wrong size trainers twice. Meant two trips into Cambridge. Didn’t stand by the online price for the product when I tried to reorder. Paid the extra money and still delivered the wrong size product. They are useless

Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes online in size 6.5 from their website. Delivery was quick but they sent a size 6. I foolishly thought I would go in to the shop and simply exchange the product. No not that simple I was informed by the manager that I couldn’t have the shoes in that size at the price I paid because they were classed as an adult size so I would have to pay a further £30 to reorder the size I wanted. I argued the case that they should supply the product that I ordered at the price I paid. They offered a full refund. I decided that as it’s getting close to Christmas that and as this item is a present for my son i decided to suck it up and pay the additional £30 and reordered in the shop. They were apologetic and gave me a £10 voucher which I have yet to receive. The delivery was again quick but again they sent the wrong size, now a 7.5. I rang the customer help line and they apologised and said it was unacceptable and that they would ring back. They didn’t. I rang again and they apologised again and they said I should order a new pair and get a refund, I went to order and now they are out of stock. So I have now ordered from Nike direct. To summarise I have learnt that their apologies are empty. Don’t trust the price or the sizes on their website. A £10 voucher is not going to cut it when factored against the cost of petroleum and parking in Cambridge. Most of all the time wasted just trying to buy a pair of trainers is ridiculous. What should have been a simple transaction has been turned into a marathon. Next time I will definitely shop elsewhere. Sorry JD sports appalling customer service.

Made an order over 2weeks ago and still have not received it. Tracking number dosent work online, cant get through to anyone by phone. Very bad service.

Ordered a track suit and received an email to say it was on the way and never received it and couldn't contact anyone . Wouldn't recommend it and see I'm not the only one bad service. Will Never be shopping with them again

I recently purchased a North face jacket for my son. This jacket was a £180.00 and after the first time I washed this jacket,all the feathers have washed out of it. The jacket now looks like a cheap piece of material. Please do not buy this jacket,it is a waste of money. Never again will I buy this type of jacket from jd sports.

Have been phoning and writing to no help whatsoever. I have 2 orders that are sitting doing nothing. You get told buy 1 person that it will be in store that day. Then your told no its still in the warehouse you have to wait. I have no idea what's going now there blaming black friday. You would think a big company like JD Sports would be organised. I hope this is sorted soon as these are Xmas gifts so come on JD get with it. Merry Xmas or should I say BAH Humbug.

Ordered accepted and payment done immediately on Nov 10 but after 23 days, the order was cancelled by JD because the stock is unavailable. After another 3 days days we still did not receiving the refund. This is NOT acceptable in this super fast IT world. We are not doing transaction in 1990s we are in the dawn of 5Gs. Please buck up or close down. 😡

Just been into JD Sports to buy my grandson a football. 20% Black Friday discount not allowed on footballs, although the sign says on everything. Never mind I had 20% with my blue light card but would not allow that either. Said only online. No where on my voucher did it say for online use. SHAME ON YOU JD

Bought jacket on sunday paid next day delivery, called to costumer service every day, different person different story teller, finaly arived today (22-11-19) unwrap with no delivery note, called again costumer service , another story ,now need to drop jacket to any jd store and will wait again 5 days for "investigation 75 pound"

Very disappointed no email on order. wrong product arrived then it was sent off. Correct product never came back. No efficient customer service. My store had no contact number so I couldn't deal with them went to shop 6 times no joy 6 weeks later

customer service could be a lot more helpful. Delivery to store is definitely not on time at all and they seem to have no idea when it will arrive even tho it was dispatched ages ago .

I have experienced by far the worst customer service I have ever had. I placed an order which wasn't delivered. So they raised a refund and it took them 2 months to refund me and they gave me different stories each time I called saying they they were waiting for Nike to refund them. A week later chasing again they magically said they have been sitting on the email for a week. Finally, I got my refund and they offered a £10 gift card. I am still waiting for it 3 weeks after raising it. Hands down worse customer care ever.

Decent range of products that at least claim to be in stock but delivery and customer service is abysmal. Booking (and paying extra) for a timed delivery slot seems pointless and info on where a missing order might be or when it might appear is non-existent. Why be efficient enough to refund the fast delivery fee ( actually refunded at the exact time the delivery was due - that bit was impressive!)... but fail to do the easy bit and actually tell the customer the order is not on its way??! Prices seem generally no cheaper than buying direct with trusted brands/retailers that have better customer service so I now won't bother taking the risk of using JD Sports.

Online offer is deceptive, I’ve had 2 identical experiences where JD fail to deliver the item they claim to have in stock. Service is abysmal- eg time-slot postage fee was refunded.. but they did not even bother to tell me they would not be delivering my order, nor do I know if my order actually exists any more! Appalling company.
