Unfortunately there is no 0 star Unfortunately there is no 0 star, otherwise I will give 0 star!!! terrible customer service. Bought product receive email ask me to pick up in store, and the when I went to store. They said there are issue with my order, I have to call a number on Monday. very bad attitude. I called customer service to discuss the issue.The customer is so rude and dropped my phone, then I can't dial in again!!!Shocking customer service. I have never experience that any customer service suddenly cut off the call and blocked customer!! Avoid them!

AWFUL SERVICE, I ordered a pair of trainers online for £145 (not exactly the cheapest) on the 14th August, online it said 3-5 working days for delivery - it is now 28th August and still no trainers, i waited days and days and then went onto dpd couriers tracking order option and it showed they was in depot about 15miles from my house, i called them (DPD) up and said what was needed to collect them & was told ID, order number, and utility bills, i drove home in my work lunchbreak to get the documents needed, then drove to depot another 40mins to be told trainers not there, they logged an investigation into missing parcel and said it would be notified to JD sports and would be solved within 3-5 working days. 2 days later still nothing so i called JD sports who had no record of "lost in transit claim form from dpd", i spoke to a lady called poly in bury and she put me on hold whilst she spoke to zoe (branch manager at bury branch apparently) who promised to call me the next day with an update as DPD was closed and couldnt get me an update that particular day, she told me she would take responsibility for this mess/situation and has not once called me back. I called JD again yday to be told my parcel was inputted manually at dpd and lost - i asked for a new order of the trainers on a next day delivery to be told by polly this is not an option, she seemed very "not bothered" and unhelpful and just said "money will go back on your card within 3-5 days , its not our warehouse its another warehouse so nothing much we can do. Im now £145 down in the back and no trainers either, the customer service level is the lowest ive experienced in a good while. no help whatsoever.. nobody would go down town part with £145 and have nothing to show for it. nobody has taken this onboard to be dealt with its me thats had to call JD sports on 4 occasions and drive to depots in my lunchbreak on wasted journeys, shocking how this has been left. the 3rd question on here is "how did the company reply to your querie", THEY HAVENT REPLIED AT ALL. SHOCKING . Manager Zoe from bury was meant to call me back aswell as polly and Shi - im the one thats made all calls and got no where.

Their customer service is non existent. Having zero luck having them rectify a mistake they made. Six emails and approx 40 Attempts to call them and they keep bouncing me from billy to jack. Will never use them again

AVOID! AVOID! Order number 430230239 - CS No 6594451 Ordered a pair of shoes online however decided I didn't want them emailed customer service and they contacted the shop to send them back. Have now been waiting for a refund since 11th of July and have just been told they have no proof of the order being sent back! I have never even seen this pair of shoes and i've paid for them. Opening up a small claims court against them this week if i don't get my money back

They are the worst internet retailer out there, it takes weeks to get your order sent through to a store and that's if you're lucky to get it confirmed. Used them twice and both times it took 9 days and 12 days to get my order delivered to store! I will never use them ever again out of principal and have unsubscribed from all emails and would advise all others there are MANY other alternative retailers to spend your money with. I absolutely hate them with every fibre in my body and will ensure I tell anyone and everyone I come in contact with not to use these muppets.

I'm a costumer from Finland, the shipping is the worst I have experienced, I have ordered 3 times thinking that might be an accident that the shoes I ordered came dirty and the box destroyed, but 3 out of 3 times was the same. I tried to contact them and it was no possible, the return took 3 months and no apologies from them.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, made an order for next day delivery for some trainers, received my order 1 day late with no email, txt or call to inform me of the delay. Spoke to customer services who were about as useful as a chocolate fire guard. Go to Foot Assylum or Foot Locker, stay well clear of JD's.

DON`T WASTE YOUR TIME TOTAL SCAMMERS. YOUR ITEMS WON`T BE DELIVERED. Made a purchase of 6 items. Got an e-mail confirming my order listing my items. A few days later got an e-mail saying that my ordar had being despatched showing the six items in my order summary. A couple of days later got only one item delivered and the rest was refound and still got charged for delivery. Tryed to contact costumer service and took a few days for them to respond and they just ignored my questions. I`m still waiting for answers for how the items and their respective sizes were not sold out when I was selecting them in the website? Or even not sold out when I got an email confirming my order? Or when I got an email saying that my order have been despatched with all the items in the order? Or how is it possible that the store in my city has the items I selected and the response I fot said that it was out of stock in your hundreds (maybe thousands) stores? COPY AND PASTE COSTUMER SERVICE. Worst I ever saw. Just ignored my questions and informed me about new releases. WORTS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.

They take your money and tell you they're unable to send you your goods but they'll reimburse you. They never do. Instead, they never close your order number so the server says "it's on its way"- this AFTER they've told you they can't deliver. This they do so that IF you notice they haven't paid the sum they charged you back, they can say "oh, whoops, it's only because it got stuck n the system". Customer service tries to get rid of you by making it difficult to get your case heard.

Very disappointed with the service I ordered my goods to 28th of July And still have not received them the 9th of August. Spoke to numerous people at customer service who lied about the manager's name and input my information on the system every time I called. I have still not received my goods and I have asked my money back I would not be using this company again I am very disappointed with them as it's my first time to use them.

Absolutely appalling customer services, so rude, they think they are something special but they need to come down of their pedestals and realise they are only human beings. They are disgraceful and should be highly ashamed of themselves, they made out I was a liar because someone burnt my local JD sports down and I couldn't collect my item, how the hell is that my fault? Grow up JD sports customer services and get a life, you're only human beings like the rest of us, in fact I wouldn't even class customer services as human beings, they are far below human beings, and may well be trained to behave like they are lower than sewer rats. If I could give them less than 1 star then I would have. I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever shop at JD sports again they are disgraceful and if I would highly advise other people to avoid JD sports and any of their partners, there are reputable shops out there to give my money to and I do not class JD sports as a reputable company. Avoid them like the plague.

I ordered a football kit on pre order nearly 4 weeks ago and I have only just received it. I spoke to customer service who are hopeless and the staff in store to chase up when it was coming. Both were of no help. When emailing customer services they take up to 3 days to get back to you. I have received no apology and on the sticker on the packet that it was ordered on the 3rd August when it was ordered on the 15th July. I am very disappointed with the service.

I placed an order on 25th June, it stated I would receive it within 5 working days. They didn't despatch it until July 2nd, I was going away on July 4th and new I'd miss it. I made several phone calls to try to cancel the order to no avail, nobody ever answers the phone. I rang dozens of times. Eventually someone wrote to me and said they've written to DPD and asked them to return the parcel to DPD as I was going to be away and that they would refund me. DPD delivered the parcel back to JDSports on July 15th. It's now 7th August and I still don't have my refund of €144 and I still don't even have confirmation from anyone there that they are going to refund me and that they have indeed received the items back. Everything about this transaction with them from beginning to end has been a shambles. I am getting generated/automated emails as responses to my queries, when I eventually talk to someone, then they disappear and don't follow up like they say they are going to.

ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR half of my delivery missing and still not resolved some 6 weeks later. Clearly not interested that they take your money but do refund when goods go missing.

Pathetic. Bought and paid for trainers Tuesday afternoon. .. Paid the extra for next day delivery. Waited alk Wednesday didn't move out house.. It now Thursday afternoon still waiting... Absolute joke.

All jd do is lie to people and drown tolls. All the managers to is sit in their office drinking coffee folding arms looking into space messing around and panicking and taking holidays to Paris. The managers are puppets just showing off paycheques and letting people down by messing around.

Went into JD Sports Swindon recently to collect an online order. When it was my turn to be served, after what seemed like forever in the queue, the Sales Assistant proceeded to announce my surname out loud several times via their ‘old speaker system’ so that one of her colleagues could bring the order to the till. Told her very politely that it wasn’t particularly pleasant to hear your name being blurted out like that and her attitude to what was essentially feedback on their system, stank. She basically told me that it was their way of doing things and what did I want her to do. Whilst waiting on the side for the order, a lady showed up with a package and stood about 2 meters from me, beckoning me to come over and mouthing to ask if it was my order. As I moved towards her, she handed me the package, not checking that it was indeed mine by asking relevant questions etc. She had no way of knowing it was mine as I could have been waiting on the side for any other reason. RUDE STAFF! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! At a time when high street stores have been closing in Swindon, JD Sports staff should be grateful that theirs is still open. AVOID if possible!
