All jd do is lie to people and drown tolls. All the managers to is sit in their office drinking coffee folding arms looking into space messing around and panicking and taking holidays to Paris. The managers are puppets just showing off paycheques and letting people down by messing around.

Went into JD Sports Swindon recently to collect an online order. When it was my turn to be served, after what seemed like forever in the queue, the Sales Assistant proceeded to announce my surname out loud several times via their ‘old speaker system’ so that one of her colleagues could bring the order to the till. Told her very politely that it wasn’t particularly pleasant to hear your name being blurted out like that and her attitude to what was essentially feedback on their system, stank. She basically told me that it was their way of doing things and what did I want her to do. Whilst waiting on the side for the order, a lady showed up with a package and stood about 2 meters from me, beckoning me to come over and mouthing to ask if it was my order. As I moved towards her, she handed me the package, not checking that it was indeed mine by asking relevant questions etc. She had no way of knowing it was mine as I could have been waiting on the side for any other reason. RUDE STAFF! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! At a time when high street stores have been closing in Swindon, JD Sports staff should be grateful that theirs is still open. AVOID if possible!

30% overpriced... pruchased some trainers for £100. came damaged. sent them back for refund... 3weeks later still no news... contacted JD and was spoken to rudley asked for an APOLOGY AND A VOUCHER and was told were JDSPORTS and WE DONT APOLOGISE OR GIVEOUT VOUCHERS. disgusting. avoid. go sports direct its cheaper and staff and way more friendly... infact i will never use this shop again.

Absolutely fuming ordered some trainers for my hubby's birthday on next day delivery paid extra for this an didn't arrive phone is to be told they'll be another few day omg what shitty service

TERRIBLE! Been waiting over two weeks for a refund, finally a few days ago they responded to one of my emails saying it has gone through and as it was through paypal would be back in my account within the next 1-2 hours. It's been 3 days and they are no longer responding to me. At this point it is theft! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Terrible ordering system, Placed order got confirmation of order. Payed for next day delivery and after 2 days checked the tracking number to find JD had cancelled the order due to no stock. Yet had failed to email me or notify me they had cancelled the order. Poor show. Will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered my little brother some swimming trunks and a top for his birthday. I ordered on the 27th of July and told it would be ready to be collected by the 29th, then told it would be 2-4 days. However, upon tracking my order it came to my attention that the shop had changed the shorts from red and dark blue shorts as seen in the picture to the light blue zig-zag ones also pictured. I am appalled by the customer service as I have attempted to reach JD many times. It is difficult to explain to a young child why he has not received his gift after 3 weeks. Do not recommend this company and will not be spending here again.

I have ordered three times from JD Sports. My man twice. Four times of these the packages have taken at least two times the time that has been promised. But today became the biggest flop. I received a pair of shoes in wrong size, broken and dirty box and shoes itself, totally unknown persons ordering details inside the box, including personal info and payment info.. Didn't received my own order details, only God knows where in the world that travels.. Ready to boycott this firm 100%.

I cancelled a gift card i had ordered a month ago but as far as i can see i have not yet had it refunded, despite us getting confirmation on email from J D Sports that it had been cancelled - i'm not getting anywhere with customer services - i'd be glad if somebody at J D Sports would ring me & resolve it

Bad customer service. Bad online shopping. It has been more than 2 weeks since i ordered. No update whatsoever. I would not recommend anybody to buy online on their website. If anybody know their ssm or company registration no. please do share. I would like to claim through tribunal tuntutan pengguna.

Prices! In Vietnam shoes cost 10 dollars. The semi shoes cost in JD. 180 pounds.

Went to purchase tracksuit yesterday ,when I got to till was told the wrong price was on it ,now I find it strange that there was over 10 tracksuits hanging up with the supposedly wrong price on all of them, staff at till not very pleasant !!

I ordered a football top to be delivered for my brothers birthday and it was never delivered. JD Sport said it would be delivered within 5 working days, they didn’t have it in stock, they didn’t bother to inform me that they didn’t have it in stock but still took my money, they then never answered my enquire till 4 days after it was sent, they then told me I would be refunded the money within 5 working days and it is 7 working days and I still haven’t received it. I would not advise anyone to purchase anything from them online. They are a total disgrace.

Just been badly let down. Ordered in store paid for next day delivery. Two days later still no product, which was a birthday gift but too late now. Phone staff unhelpful, never reply to emails and live chat isn’t really live chat! Really angry and let down. Will go elsewhere in future.

Went to the one in st Stephens hull , staff are rude , asked for a shoe if it not on we don’t have it , bought my son a bag girl on till was chewing gum , no eye contact, please or thank you , I will not be shopping in here again , you need to do spot checks , this store could be doing so much better if you had the right management in there .

What a joke..... Ordered high value goods from JD Sports. They thought it would be funny to use Hermes as a courier - who failed to deliver to me and leave my parcel outside, which they called safe place (dry and secured from the public) When I get home, no parcel. Rang JD Customer Care went through the whole process of waiting 28 days, signed documents and listened to them. 28 days exceeded chased JD Sports; who in turn told me my claim has been escalated to the Security Team - who are actually the Online Orders Retention Team based in Rochdale. Nobody on the Customer Care Team would comment. I had to speak to the Online Orders Retention Team who dont answer the phone but ring you. Customer Care Team refused to refund or replace my lost parcel as they where delivered to my property. So in short orders can be dropped off in your garden without a signature and if you dont get your parcel then JD will not help.
