think twice before ordering in this site and paying the extra for next day delivery. It is an absolute con. I paid for it to come the next day for a present for a friend didn’t even get dispatched until 7pm the following night. Wouldnt order off here again. You can’t even get through to customer service it’s one of those really annoying robots. That make you wanna throw your phone at the wall after getting no we’re for an hour!

Terrible company!! Avoid at all costs! Firstly paid for next day delivery and item was delivered 2 days later. Returned item to them by the recommended courier Hermes as advised in website. Hermes confirm parcel was delivered to their returns warehouse. No refund. Call up and 2 different agents on 2 different days advise return has not been received! 6 days later still waiting for my refund and they tell me to keep calling for updates!?! Surely, as customer services they should be keeping me updated?! To make things worse, they still have no idea exactly what i have returned despite telling them about 6 times and it actually being in my order confirmation! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Jdsports, you need to train your staff. Visited the shoe department of jd sports Brookfield Centre Cheshunt yesterday. Rude, lazy staff, who can’t be bothered to approach customers and would rather chat to their mates or hide behind the wall. We waited and waited and in the end had to go to the till area to ask for help, even though 2 or 3 girls were standing around laughing and ignoring us. Unhelpful when it came to assisting us and the assistant disappeared (allegedly looking for what we wanted) for ages and in the end we gave up and walked out. So, you lost a sale on 2 pairs of expensive trainers. Get your act together and hire some decent staff.

Maybe its Time to hire people who would be happy working there!!! Rude,attitude is horrible you need feel bad cause asked something. This shop its absolutely last stop ever if Im looking for... something.. Young, lazy kids who works there!

Online shop are great, whatever discount item you add to basket and wanna pay for it become out of stock suddenly. Must be magick.

At the Slough outlet, they tried to trick me today. I picked a specific pair of trainers. Their store staff insist they’ll take it to checkout. Once I’d paid, I realised they had switched it with a different one. Luckily I had a look right when I was in store. ALWAYS double check before you pay. I hope my refund comes through

2nd time I’ve had a bad online experience with placeing a order with JD online experience is really bad placed order on 26th of March and still waiting for next day delivery and items were in stock I will now be shopping else where They are no good Dont keep customers informed All they like you to do is track order

Wednesday 20th March....My 1st experience was that the central Milton Keynes shop assistance did not know anything and was no help at all....when I asked could they call another branch to see if they have stock I was told I can find the number on their website and call them myself. Unfortunately they had No stock either, but I could order on line (why do JD charge for click & collect to their store?) I then proceeded to order on line at 6pm on my phone and I paid for the 24hr delivery service of £4.99. To deliver to another address as it was a present for my partner.The Next day Thursday at 5pm my item still hadn’t arrived, I then used their text chat service and was advised the goods can be delivered anytime up to 10pm. Friday morning - still no delivery! I had to call there customer service to get more information, I was advised the goods have not been dispatched as they were short of stock at that moment but I would be refunded the £4.99, i was asked if I wanted to cancel my order, I replied no as I was was still hopeing the item would still come, I was very disappointed as this was a birthday present if I had known in advance they had no stock I could have ordered something else but it was now Friday and the birthday was Saturday. I have just rung customer service up and have been told my order has been cancelled??? No email was sent to advise me of this and my money was taken out of my account..... REALLY.....I shall not be ordering from JD again!

I have waited around 1 hour and at the end they could not find the other pair of the shoe that i wanted. I have picked a different shoe and they struggled to find the other one again. At some point I felt bad for the guys there that had no clue what they where doing as there was several shoes missing from what the staff told me. I left at the end with no shoes.

Shop staff in Huddersfield Kingsgate store need replacing. They look like they are all on Heroin, no life in them and blatantly nonchalant when asked questions about sizing etc...all of them looking towards other employees as if to say 'cant you deal with this?' no smiles or customer greeting all of them like unhappy teenagers which to be fair is probably what they are but shouldnt be 'shop front'...also their sizing is a proper rip off kids sizes end at 5.5 not 6 like all other stores so you have to pay adult size on size 6 (how many men are size 6 less than 1% of population...how many 11-13yr olds are most of them) ...indicative of a bad, greedy store and it shows in their personnel, disgusting service, disgusting greed.

Received worn pair of trainers in a ripped up box via there online store.. scuffed toes and filthy soles.... rang customer service after returning item,they were so laid back and repetitive they were nearly in a coma .. 10.00 good will gesture lol poor service end of

I ordered a pair of shoes from the store which had a waiting time of 3-5 days to deliver to local post office. I received a text that my parcel has been to royal mail on the sixth day. I went to collect and they did not know of any parcel. I thought i'll wait few more days before trying again. I received a email the next day saying i have been issued a refund on my request?!

An absolute disgrace of a company ordered my son a pair of football boots next day delivery paid for order in store and were meant to be here for Thursday as he had his football on Friday but now it seems their not even in stock. Did not receive and was not told until after 8pm at night called head office and apparently they cannot refund or cancel an order so I could order my son another pair as these football weren't even in stock they basically stole my money as they should have known they were not in stock they have let an eight year old boy down a total disgrace of a company now I mean a large company like this and there's nothing they can do but lie!! By lies I mean they also couldn't let me speak to a manager when I know this is illegal so they are not only theives they are liars too!! Taking this to trading standards as I know this is not right and I know my rights. Man terminated my phone call and when I called back they eventually answered to a lot their agents laughing down a phone then hanging up glad they think it is funny hurting an eight year old little boy!! I have never had an experience like this in my life with any company. I would advise anyone to never use this company and this review will be put on ever website I find regarding JD Sports!!

WARNING, BE CAREFULL WHEN YOU RETURN GOODS WHEN YOUVE PAID THROUGH PAYPAL, 2WEEKS ON AND IM STILL WAITING FOR REFUND, PAYPAL HAVE BEEN INTOUCH STILL NO REFUND, JD SPORTS HAD MY PARCEL AND NEVER NOTIFIED ME TO SAY ITS READY TO COLLECT, THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR, NOT HAPPY GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

Menudos sinvergüenzas Increible..... te venden productos de limpieza junto a las zapatillas y en ningun momento te avisan de que dichos productos no se pueden cambiar..... falta de profesionalidad total. Eso si para hacer una hoja de reclamaciones estuvimos 45 minutoa esperando...... quereis algo mas
