Appalling service, customer care. Wrong item arrived at shop. Still waiting 6 weeks for my return product to arrive. No email of receipt given, no shipping details given on order. :(. Teller said shel send back trousers but nothing came back. Went to the shop 4 times

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDERED ONLINE WITH NHS VOUCHER CODE AND GOT CONFIRMATION OF ORDER AND NOT DELIVERED.... OT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY OF POOR SERVICE

Where do I start.. Wrong orders,wrong sizes,can’t contact anyone of the team on weekends-they source from UK when you shop in Aus and no mention of looooong wait times because of this.. God forbid if a problem with your order arrises-they won’t get back to you before it ships and the returns are just as slow..

Ordered online for next day delivery, no update on order status so called them next day and told due to a glitch in there system, payment was taken but order not processed. Needed the order of 8 items urgently for my kids travelling on holiday next evening. Told to put in a new order as that would be processed quicker as the first order was stuck in a technical glitch which they would cancel and refund. Placed new order 9.30 am , called there 24/7 customer service just past midnight, they confirmed i would receive the order that day. Nothing arrived until 2 days later. They were late packing the order even though they'd had it from 9.30am, they didnt bother to pack it till midnight missing the courier cut off time, but didnt have the courage to tell me i wouldnt receive it on time, whilst having the cheek to wish me a happy holiday when id told how urgent these items were for my kids holiday. Terrible customer service. Order arrived after holiday departure date. Dont rely on them for next day delivery if you require the items urgently!

These cunts are a bunch of junkies ... paid $250 a week ago for an online purchase ... they never accepted the purchase on the app .... called up customer service ... should be the soon .... fukin where bro .... ????? “they take time processing orders coz there employees are hooked on crack”

First of all , I never wrote a bad review ever ,but what I experienced was absolutely unacceptable . I ordered a hoodie on the website on 2nd of October ( click and collect ) , got message on 4th of October said that they had picked ,packed and despatched the item . No news till 11th of October , I wrote a e-mail to check on my order , got reply on 14th of October said that the item was lost in transit . I wrote them back to see if they can send another one , got reply by the other person said that my order was canceled due to out of stock . So who sent me the messages ? Ghost ? Then what was lost in transit ? Apparently , I wasn't the first victim ,while I was waiting the reply , I read a bunch of similar reviews from the internet . I will never buy anything at this place again and strongly recommend everyone not to shop at this horrible place .

Unfortunately a terrible experience. Charged for next day delivery £4.99, items landed 5 days later and 1 missing. Still no idea why. Called and asked to make a complaint and the telephone agent Josh advised not sure how to go about making a complaint. Called twice and awaiting a vall back. Now 4 days later and still aint heard a thing. Absolutely useless

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers (on Friday) for next day delivery (Saturday) for my child’s birthday which is tomorrow (Monday). I rang the store on Saturday, who said they had not been delivered, so I rang again today (Sunday) before going to the store who advises me to call the customer services line, after waiting over 10 minutes They finally answered, the girl put me (what she though was hold) during which time me and my children who was in the car repeatedly heard boys in the back ground swearing saying Fu**ing hell etc. I asked to speak to a manager after still not receiving confirmation of my order, to be hung up one.. not a happy customer at all Please contact me Samanthaahearne59@gmail.com to arrange collection of my child’s birthday present and to discuss your agents swearing while my 6 and 9 year old children were present!!!

I ordered a pair of trainers online, when they arrived the bag was burst, the shoe box was crushed and falling apart and the trainers looked like they had been worn. There was cello tape on one of the trainers keeping it in the box and the paper wrapping the trainers was ripped and stuffed in the box. I took out the shoe with the cello tape on it, when I removed the cello tape there was dirt hidden by the cello tape and the front of the shoe was scuffed. I emailed JD on the Wednesday and was told someone would get back to me in 48 hours. 48 hours came and went and it was actually 7 days before I got a reply. The trainers were a birthday present for my son whose birthday was on the Saturday so had no choice but to try and clean the trainers and ended up having to give him then on his birthday. JD contacted me 7 days after my initial email telling me to take the shoes to be checked by a manager in a store or to send them back for a replacement. I made them aware of the situation regarding having to give my son the trainers on his birthday or he would have had nothing, again they told me to send the trainers back. I told my son he would get new trainers at Christmas but 10/10 would not use JD again. Even in store none of the staff come near you if you look like you’re returning goods. Offered me a £10 gift card after telling them I would escalate my complaint higher.

Shocking!!!! Wow I spend a lot of money in this place not any more though.... Brought my son some trainers online for next day delivery used my PayPal to pay wrong ones arrived pink girls air max 90s plus wrong size called up was told nothing they could do have to return. Been in store can't exchange for the ones I want I have to re buy them online and wait up to ten days for my money back for the first pair of witch he never got for his birthday absolutely ridiculous

Terrible customer service, don't reply to you emails or if they do they take days, been waiting 4 days for them to send a free returns label, reason being i ordered my grandson a tracksuit for his birthday next week for them just to send the top half and not the bottoms. I don't understand why my order was sent in the first place as it turns out they did realise the bottoms went missing when packing my order LOL ... no returns label yet so god knows when i will actually get a refund!!!!

Ordered £270 worth of items online through their App nearly 4-5 days ago now for next day delivery. They have taken the payment from my bank but have not even processed the order. I have run up customer service multiple times only to be told a different excuse every single time by someone different. First person told me I will receive my items the next day, so I waited, and still no update. I called again and the next person told me they just hadn't processed it yet and that they will manually put it through to the warehouse to make sure it's processed within the same day. Waited, nothing happened. Called up the next day again and was told that my order had not been put through, and is an issue with their system which they have to escalate to the IT Team, should be resolved within 24 hours. Still nothing. I call up again the next day, and I am told that they are on a huge backlog trying to get everything running through as quick as possible. On top of that, I have been DOUBLE CHARGED for this order, so in total over £500 has been taken from my bank through ONE order, my first ever order from them to be exact, and I cannot resolve it until I have my order processed as per discussion with the bank. I am not happy with this, and I'm still waiting on my items. Really can't believe this service to be honest.

Had to request a refund from paypal in the end as various emails ignored by JD Sports. Order was cancelled with no notification and I am still in the process of trying to get my money back..avoid this company for anything online,they are absolutely useless

Items stay 2 weeks in store waiting to be send back and refund, until I call them. I doubt if I did not call them, how long they will keep my money for.

Just FYI - worst service received ever never buy from here again trust me Dear all, I am just writing to let you know how disappointed and frustrated I am with your services and company in the last few months, and that you lost not just one valuable customer but several as all my acquaintances and friends have been warned by me and will not be buying from you any further. I have been purchasing from you site for years, and everything was well. But since the 30th of August I have made 5 orders with you for which only 1 was ok. For all other 4, my items have either been lost, or came in unsatisfactory condition meaning the 1 item of the pair of shoes was used, torn and its colour fainted from pink to grey. Despicable. Moreover, for my order made on the 30th of August which you lost in transit and then the items I wanted were out of stock of course as always, I have been informed several times (via email or over the phone) that my refund will show in my bank in a few days. Although its been a month and nothing, like I am that rich and have no need for the £130 or so you are holding from me; after losing my order, and it’s the end of the month on top of all and I am broke because of you, as I relied on you for receiving the refund in time as I should and made other plans. The way I feel is indescribable, I am frustrated, and physiologically a mess because of your many messes. I though you a respectable firm but I seem now you are nothing but a scam. I had to beg you and send you several emails and made several calls to the UK for you to finally take action and do what you should and owe me, but still nothing, I am left waiting still, like I am not even an unsatisfied customer to whom you gave false pretences and promises. Be sure that if you keep up with this attitude towards your clients you will lose every single one. I have made my research and found out that most of your clientele experiences issues with their orders and have given you the worst possible feedback, which I will also do as to prepare and warn others not to fall in your trap and have to claim what is theirs a thousand times in order to finally receive it and even then maybe not. I would say best regards but I wouldn’t mean it. Please I do not need to hear back from you I am fed up with your lies and manipulations. I just hope you take into account my statements and do something to save your firm, otherwise your ‘’toast’’. I will be awaiting for my refund ASAP otherwise I will have to take other actions against you via by bank and lawyer. Sincerely, Machi
