Very bad delivery service 2 weeks and then said one item out of stock wtf. Take my money and wait 2 weeks then say csnt have it. What a shambles. Customer services useless and don't answer phone. Don't blame them as all calls are complaints. Avoid jd and shop with someone who cares about its customers.

One star is one too high. I am not able to add any photos as i am still waiting for an order placed on 01/01/2020. Customer service is non-existent.

I went looking for a pair of Skechers, I found some that I liked and asked the young girl for my size. She looked and and said yes. She sauntered off and came back with them, totally uninterested was her attitude, tried starting a conversation but no interest at all. I tried them on but decided not to buy them, she went back to stock room and before she got there she threw them on the floor. She made me feel like she wasn't bothered about serving me. I have been in retail and served lots of customers, if my attitude was like hers, I would have been sacked. I didn't get her name but she had shoulder length hair.

I placed an online order to be delivered for collection in store I received a mail saying it was dispatched and then a mail from Dpd to say it was on the way. On 20th Dec I got a call from a DPD driver telling me he was at the back door of the shop but no one was answering. He said he would keep trying. I checked the status later with the Dpd tracking number and it was delivered at 11.02 on that day. I went to collect and the staff had not received it . We rang the Dpd driver back twice from the store and he said he delivered it. One of the staff took me to the Nike store to check if he delivered by accident . I have contacted their customer service team and ridiculous conversations have been going on since the 20th Dec which in itself is not acceptable. On the 7th Jan I received an email saying it had been delivered and to please check. This was an instore delivery !! I told them this and they sent me a declaration form asking that I confirm I have checked with neighbours , checked property etc. I refused to sign this and havent heard from them in a week. Jokers. I am entitled to a full refund for an order I paid for but never received.

I ordered a gift card on line 18th dec with guaranteed delivery before 24th dec. It was being delivered by DJd. I'm still waiting for delivery. Is now 7th Jan. I've complained via jd sports and the delivery company to no avail. I've tried e mailing customer complaints and I'm not getting anywhere. The online chat only gives automated options for your questions and the phone is automated answers as well. I'll never buy from them again. Awful customer service

Rude staff in Feltham shop! I brought a pair of Air Force trainers, I didn’t bother looking in the box when I purchase them, nor was I shown them, just thought everything will be fine, got home to look and they were clearly a return item,l! the soles We’re dirty, laces were done up badly, size 8 in a size 9box!! Obviously not happy! I tried to return them, only to be accused of being the one to wear them! And told me they will NOT give me my money back! Absolutely fuming!! The lady was being extremely rude! She refused to give me her name! Although claiming to be the manager! Pretty much dismissed me straight away! I’ll get my trainers else where! Shocking!! Also tried called customer service Nothing

Shame on Jd Sports, expected a better service from head office. Ordering sale items from your website with delivery dates and no updates. Bad customer service still haven't recieved goods....

Incompetent sales staff. Staff made many mistakes and sold not fitting product to a customer. He even said that the size printed in the product is wrong and that he knows the real size.

Ordered two training jackets off the website. JD took the money from my bank account. Had no delivery for days. Enquired to where my delivery was. 23rd December I then had the money put back into my bank account with no phone call or email of why my order wasn't sent to me. Left me angry and with a upset child because they were Xmas presents. Have asked for details to speak to a manager on numerous occasions but have been refused. Shocking customer service.

Absolutely disgusted and fuming 😡 ordered stuff from jds for my partners birthday and hasn’t arrived due yesterday. Would never order from them again. Ringing around since yesterday and still no answers. It’s a disgrace. Same 2 weeks ago order a tracksuit and only the hoodie came. Had to go to JD sports Liffey valley twice to have it sorted as in the first instance the shops stock would be down. God forbid it should inconvenient them ( also ques out the door). Not to mention My sisters teenagers tracksuit arrived and it wouldn’t fit a 6 yr old, wrong order in that case ... Now this absolutely gutted. Imagine presenting someone with an invoice on their birthday, these were ordered for Xmas but I said I’ll give him the birthday gifts on Xmas and the goods I ordered would do for his birthday. Their delivery providers DPD were no help either. #JDSPORTS #LIFFEYVALLEY #JD #DPD

Changing rooms closed plenty of staff walking around talking loads of stock on the floor. Will have a 60 mile round trip if item does not fit. This is NOT good enough.😤😤

Never got my parcel when jd kept texting saying I would have it in plenty of time for Christmas. False advertisement. Try to blame everything on courier and jd hadn't even sent them my parcel to the courier yet. Never again.

Purchased runners and a patriots jersey 2 weeks ago online for my son's Xmas present. Website states guaranteed delivery prior to Xmas. A week and a half passed no updated. Took me 6 times to follow up with customer service to receive an update. Tracking details yet to be uploaded it's Xmas eve and my order still not delivered. Customer service could only inform me that it's an issue with there carrier Australia post and it's out of there control. I order through JD Sports, not Australia post. Escalated it to the manager who informed me the same with a cherry though 'I'll give u 10% discount on your next order. Disgraceful....... Kids getting no Xmas present. No matter how many times I went over it I was given the same explanation. Stick your dodgy business where the Sun don't shine and I hope you get shut down. MFKD.

Purchased shoes on special online. Took me three or four times to follow up with customer service. Three and half weeks later they said shoe got lost in transit and they can't replace as they have none in stock. No communication what so ever!! Terribly unprofessional, obviously trying to cover up a mistake. AND will not receive refund in time for Christmas so I can purchase elsewhere.

Ordered three weeks ago. Still waiting. Went into store didn’t have a clue. Been trying to ring customer service can not get through to them. Won’t even get my presents in time for Xmas. It Xmas eve 2mrw. Waste of time and so disappointed. Never again. Ordered things from MandM direct online on Sunday morning got delivered Monday (Next day)Excellent service. Never paid extra for delivery. So people do not order from JD SPORTS!!! Awful company

What’s Happened JD!? Customer service has always been poor in store with the pool of young adults you employ who clearly aren’t trained properly in customer service, but now your online ordering is disgraceful. delivery fulfilment is shocking along with just trying to get a problem resolved all being impossible and so frustrating!! You should be ashamed of yourself as a business. It’s always sad when news reports of another retailer shutting. I would not be surprised if it’s you next!! You don’t deserve customers...I will never spend my money with you again.
