Placed an order on the 21st of December for next day express delivery now 25th December still no delivery several phone calls to customer service and no help whatsoever .will be returning my order and spending my money with another retailer .as tour site says in terms and conditions it's a legally binding contract well that works both ways .will never use your sorry excuse of a company again .and I will follow up with legal action as my time is not free .and warn others on social media at every opportunity I have

My sister has had a terrible experience with JD sports Manchester, she had £100 on a gift card and the card was cloned! Or as a JD supervisor said it sounds like it was done by a member of staff! Totally refused to deal with it.

Terrible. Cancelled online order (child's Christmas gift) without notice. Only found out when I rang to ask where the order was (couldn't find in the tracking). Refund pending....

I have orded a pair of shoes, i have paid for next day delivery but they charge me extra for nothing, they dont respect the customers and delivery time. I took a day of from work to wait the whole day for nothing !

I ordered a Birthday Present for my Granddaughter it was left in a Bin and Stolen. A new one came after the birthday I had to go all the way to Trafford Centre to change for a Track Suit I had to order. Paid for next day delivery 3 days later not turned up. Called Customer Services 2 weeks ago still waiting for a call back to have my card refunded. Been emailing constantly called their customer services yesterday to be advised my emails have not even been dealt with. Will not be using them again and still had to drive back to the Trafford Centre again to have my money put back on my card

Sent the wrong size shoe and won’t do anything to help me that doesn’t involve a lengthy wait. My son won’t have his new Jordan’s for Christmas. Thanks for the screw up JD’s. Also your customer service sucks! No aknowledgment of error or an apology until I actually had to go as far as asking for one!

The website is pathetic. After putting a search in for a specific company it comes up with a new menu. Trying to look for different products is so painful I gave up and left.

Ordered online for pick up in local shop. Quick and easy. My only problem was when the trainers stitching came u done after a week and the shop were unhelpful and quite rude.

Ordered from online store on 29.11.17 to be sent to local store. Almost 3 weeks later and still no items. Received email from royal mail 1 week ago saying it had been delivered to store. I personally know the postman who delivered it into the store. When I went into the store the manager said it had not been delivered and to contact royal mail. Constant emails back and forth looking for a refund. Shockingly poor customer service with emails and questions not being answered. Would never shop here EVER again. 1 star is being extremely generous. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

Can not track Order, money already deducted nil items delivered or shipped 1week after purchase, still nothing, no items, still unable track, nil r sponsor to automated email when you contact them. It’s a con!! Nil response. DO NOT SHOP IN STORE AND CERTAINLY NOT ON LINE. It’s the worse on line shopping store around. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

ordered online and part of the order was not what I ordered, member of staff ordered for me and received the right order next day. went to collect and the shop was very busy and some unpleasant customers shouting and swearing, the two young men serving handled themselves brilliantly, having worked in retail for 40 years I couldn't of kept my patience as well as them x

Stay well clear of online shopping with JD, I returned 3 pairs of trainers and it’s taken nearly 2 months to get a refund!! ELLIOT, JABBA, HUMA need to be handed there P45s absolute terrible customer service, very incapable staff!! I’m sure they lose a lot of business!!!

On the 01st December I ordered a pair of trainers for my son. The size was not in stock but I was told I could purchase them in store and get them delivered to home store. Two weeks later nothing, no email confirmation, nothing. When I checked at my home store they had no record of it, when I phoned up customer services they told me the order had been archived, but only on live chat as they refused to call me to discuss. Customer service and management at store a joke. I thought this was suppose to be a premium outlet ??

I am so disappointed with the customer service at JD Sports. I ordered a pair of sneakers and was liable to pay customs fees which were 3 times the price of the sneakers. No one told me about this...nor did i sign anywhere binding me of this.I asked for a refund but they are giving me the run around. They not following up with the courier company and I have to plead with them to reply my emails. Worse communication method ever and horrible customer service. Will never buy or recommend the shop to anyone.

I had messed them about by returning items and swapping goods in the Preston town centre store, they were extremely helpful and patient and went the extra mile to find sizes etc at a very busy time. Great Job

Order 2 items online and paid for next day delivery at £3.99. The following day, I was worried that it was getting late and decided to call customer support only to be told that it hadn't even been picked or dispatched from the warehouse. Abysmal service!
