“I ordered some jeans and asked for an alteration to the leg length. When I received them the alteration had not been done so an email was sent querying this. I was asked to return them for this to be completed and they refunded the postage. I now have my altered jeans. They apologised and paid the postage so I am completely happy with the result, excellent customer service from a company for a change.”

“After days of looking for a pair of stretch Wranglers, only to find the main shops either don't stock them or if they do they tend to have racks of the sizes people don't want. How refreshing to find your website with all the various sizes in stock and the offer of free alterations, plus the price is brilliant. My jeans arrived 48 hours after ordering them and direct to my door. Excellent service all round 10 OUT O”

“I paid extra for royal mail tracked 24 to ensure that I got my order within 24 hours. It was despatched at 12:02 on a Monday lunchtime and wasn't delivered until 1230 on the following Wednesday. That's more than 48 hours later. Therefore I wasted the extra money in paying for a 24 hour service to get the free 48 hour service instead.”
