“Very professional from start to finish. I was anxious about buying a car online without seeing it but Lookers Gateshead made this easy. The video they provided showing me the car was spot on and car was as described. Easy hand over and I was made welcome on collection day and handover of car was spot on. If you are uneasy about buying car online feel reassured with Lookers service. Jacob went over and above to reassure and assist me through the process.”
