Anthony Darbey worked extremely hard to get me the right car, it’s a pity no service history can be found for this vehicle, as if I come to sell it , it will devalue the car because of an incomplete service history

The experience of trading in a Leon 1.4TSi FR for another of the same spec proved to be relatively pain free, and there was no 'hard sell' on extras that I didn't want such as added insurance benefits, protective paint finishes etc. The exchange deal was within the price region that I found acceptable and I drove away reasonably happy - if somewhat bemused by the electric handbrake. Jennings SEAT of Middlesbrough will go on my list of dealerships I would be happy enough to go back to - there are one or two others that I wouldn't!

Pretty straightforward although I knew exactly what I wanted via previous exchanges with on-line sales agent. Test drive and overview of vehicle functions casual but thorough. Sales staff at Jennings Gateshead readily accepted and agreed on-line quote/offer.

If you have ever been concerned about buying a car on line then think again! I have recently purchased a Ford Fiesta from Jennings where the customer service down to the delivery exceeded my expectations - a great service from Jennings and I would also like to give a shout out to Tayler the Sales Executive who made the whole experience a pleasure!

Our sales executive was Gethin Williams and my I say what a gentleman he is , he was polite curtous pleasant a pleasure to deal with, he went the extra mile to accommodate our needs and was very informative and knowledgeable about the cars and guided us to the right car for our needs. I feel Gethin is a credit to Jennings Ford and because of him I will be a repeat customer and definitely recommend Jennings Ford to friends and family. He made the experience of parting with a lot of money a pleasure. We love the car ford fiesta ecoboost titanium as much as the customer service. The only criticism I would make is having to walk over to the main building for coffee the used car office would really benefit having it's own coffee machine. Thanks again Gethin.

Very easy to do business with. No high pressure tactics etc.. Mat was straight forward and kept in touch without being a nuisance whilst I was deciding whether to buy the van or not. Price was very competitive and so far, service has been great. I would have given 5 stars but they offered quite a low price for my trade in, no big deal though, I just sold it privately.

Saw the car on the internet, make model and colour we wanted. Sale person very helpful without being over bearing. He didn't try and sell me a different vehicle (I had recently looked at another car in a different franchise that stock two marques - the salesman there not only tried to get me to purchase a car £4000 more than my budget, but also a different make). The car, a Ford Focus had to be delivered from a different garage, but all dates - test drive and hand over, were met. The car was in excellent condition inside and out (it was "nearly new" with 12,000 on the clock). The part exchange was as I expected from "the book" and from other quotes we had been given. All controls, many of which were new to me, were clearly explained. The add-ons were offered but no undue pressure was applied. The whole transaction went smoothly and I am happy with my new vehicle. Minuses - we travelled from Hartlepool to the Middlesbrough garage and a cup of coffee would have been nice, we (my wife and I - both pensioners) were offered one, after dropping a hint on one visit, but it was as then late in the day and we were about to leave.

I didn’t notice the rust on the passenger side wheel, when I did I phoned the salesman but was told wasn’t worth doing anything. Quite disappointed as had Inoticed it when I viewed the car, I would have asked for it to be cleaned up. The photo attached is not my wheel, mine is much worse.

I have a service book which is stamped upto date however I do not have all the service sheets To say what was carried out on the service I did receive a sheet for a health check which was done at Sunderland. I have tried to contact trust ford Runcorn trying to chase up a service sheet for the service that they carried out but have not received a reply. Apart from this we are happy with the service we received from the sales rep Stephen Hodgson.
