About JENZA:

Who is JENZA? Can I trust them? And why don’t you ever answer our calls? (Mum??). So, (mostly) legit questions to ask before you book. JENZA is the travel love child of USIT and BUNAC – two originals of the work and travel world founded by students in 1959 and 1962. Yep, we’re old AF. But with that, comes a ton of wise old owl expertise and trust. Basically, these chaps may be so new they chafe – but it’s not our first rodeo. Working as one global team, JENZA has the backing of 65+ years of work abroad experience, but has been built for today’s travellers. Shaped by our Youth Advisory Panel and given the stamp of approval by our roadtesters, it’s all in our logo: You Shaped Travel.

“Would always decide for JENZA again. Everything was very well organized and very informative. The support they provide is amazing and I can absolutely recommend traveling New Zealand with JENZA. Whenever you need a guiding hand, they are offering help. I always felt safe and sound because I knew I am not alone.”

“JENZA was a very trustworthy organization. In the orientation they provided a lot of information about topics you may are still insecure about. The Lylo hostel is one of the best in Auckland and therefore very modern and comfortable. The two contact persons are welcoming, loving and caring. The orientation is only a few hours a day which makes it very easy to follow and you will have enough freetime each day. They also provide diffrent organizations for example for buying a van that are very reliable and responsible. Moreover, it helps to get more orientation through the contact with the other paticipants. Additionally, the trip to Devonport was very good organized and they paid very tasty food for us :) So generally, we can only recommend to travel with JENZA because we have nothing to complain.”

“the orientation day provided a great general overview, about websites, apps and tricks to travel. It is reassuring to know that there is someone you can call in emergencies or just ask some questions. The help with CV's was great too. I can only recommend JENZA”

“Everything was well planned out and organized when we arrived at the airport. It made our arrival less stressful. Due to our orientation days with JENZA we were able to get a broad overview over the most important topics and Louise and Shontelle were very opened, easy to talk to and friendly. They talked about cars, jobs, accommodations, etc. and had good connections. We also got paid a meal and ferry ride to Devenport which helped to form connections within the group. Overall, we are really happy to be able to travel with JENZA and highly recommend! Greetings from the Germans!”

“The customer service of Jenya was very friendly and helpful. You can ask them all your question and they will answer them in a helpful and kind way. By reason that the team of Jenza will also plan some activities with the travelgroup, you feel more closer to the team and can enjoy your first and heavy days in an easier way. In my opinion, it was an advantage to work with Jenza and I can really recommend it!”

“After the two days I felt very informed about all things New Zealand and backpacking. The trip to Devonport was incredible, however I was a bit surprised about us having to organize our New Zealand bank account and mobile data.”
