Who is JENZA? Can I trust them? And why don’t you ever answer our calls? (Mum??). So, (mostly) legit questions to ask before you book. JENZA is the travel love child of USIT and BUNAC – two originals of the work and travel world founded by students in 1959 and 1962. Yep, we’re old AF. But with that, comes a ton of wise old owl expertise and trust. Basically, these chaps may be so new they chafe – but it’s not our first rodeo. Working as one global team, JENZA has the backing of 65+ years of work abroad experience, but has been built for today’s travellers. Shaped by our Youth Advisory Panel and given the stamp of approval by our roadtesters, it’s all in our logo: You Shaped Travel.

“I was just searching for ways to work abroad and experience a new culture and luckily I found JENZA! I am so fascinated with all the programs they offer that leads me want to secure one for myself. Then one of their team reached me out via email named Chris and also I called him after exchanging emails. He was very helpful. He provided best options for me and he answered all of my queries. Also, he's so responsive and friendly. I look forward to start my process with JENZA to secure a Working Holiday Visa and Fulfill my dreams :)”

“The orientation helped me feel safe and confident. I felt really welcome and well received. Furthermore the orientation helped with idee how to travel around the country and what jobs I want to do. It was really good that it was not the feeling of teaching like in school. It felt a little bit like a group of friends. I had fun and I am really thankful especially for the one and ones.”

“JENZA have been a dream! I have been very fortunate to have dealt with such fast-responding, helpful and friendly members of the Jenza crew/family. “Corrie helped me with the whole US visa process from start to end and made the whole application process so simple and easy. Any questions or concerns I had, Corrie answered promptly and was always supportive and easy to talk to. Couldn't have asked for a better person to help me through this process and can not recommend her enough!”

“I've had the best experience I could have had with Roisin. I had the pleasure to meet her before the others because sadly there was some (communication) problems with the shuttle and JENZA. But Róisín helped me through out, did her best and even more than she could have. We texted and had many phone calls until she was able to solve the issue. She made sure I arrived safely in the hostel and later on, we met in person before the first orientation meet up. Since day 1, she was the sweetest and kindest person I had ever met. She answered all of my questions and even researched them, when there was more information needed. She didn't mind when one of us overslept, instead she made sure that we were okay and were up to date with the news and informations. Roisin had made a serious and complex introduction absolutely fun and easily informative instead of boring and exhausting. I couldn't have asked for a better "instructor" and I'm glad to be able to call her a friend of mine. We had many good laughs and I'll chreish those nice memories forever. “Jenza and Roisin provided me with good resources to kickstart my time in NZ. Roisin was especially friendly and thorough and I know that I am well supported throughout my time in NZ. Would definitely recommend going through Jenza if you're apprehensive in traveling alone like I was!”

“i cannot recommend JENZA enough. from our first time reaching out they were so helpful, especially a lady named Corrie. our emails were always answered super quickly, and she definitely went above and beyond to help us and give us all the information and give us so much peace of mind. we were definitely late in the season when we applied and she was there to support us through every step and made so many things happen so quickly for us. We hadn't heard of this company before but after contacting some of the bigger working holiday companies, JENZA is definitely the best one and we are so happy with our choice. you will definitely feel valued and supported, not just as a paying customer but as a person”

“Roisin Doyle made my application so easy i was wasnt sure what to apply for at the start sent an enquiry off to the team at jenza and within 24hrs i got a phone call about what working holidays are suitable for me she has answered all my questions without fail wonderfull team”
