“The first company I felt really took the time to get to know you and answer any of your questions! Super friendly staff and Róísín was so lovely she made the process feel so much more enjoyable!”

“during the early stages of deciding between camp agencies, I never felt like JENZA was trying to push me to choose their particular agency. they listened to my concern between the two I had in mind and validated how I was feeling. This is all I could ever ask for, and they provided me with exactly that. My emails were responded to almost within the hour, if not the day which was perfect when I have had so many questions.”

“Louise was incredibly helpful and eased our minds so much. She took away stress and walked us through all the information we would need to kick start our journey here in New Zealand.. i couldnt imagine where we would be without her help!”

“Luise is just a fenomenal guide! She worked with each of us individualy and helped us to get started in New Zealand, which makes the start much easier. “Working with Jenza took all off the stress out of coming to NZ. Louise was so incredibly helpful and welcoming, she eased any worries I had and was so friendly. Having someone guide me through the necessary paperwork and all of the boring but essential bits and bobs like getting a new phone number or IRD number was a huge weight off my shoulders and made my first few days in Auckland all the more enjoyable. I can't stress enough how lovely and helpful Louise was. She had an answer for all 999+ questions I had, and even if she didn't know the answer herself, she went out of her way to find out for me. She really went above and beyond, helping other members of the group move their luggage and find accommodation, and even went over my travel plans with me to make sure I knew how to get from A to B and that I felt safe and confident every step of the way. Thank you so much Louise!”

“Many thanks to Louise! I have a very good and friendly relationship with Louise due to the small size of the group. During the first days of my working holiday, she informed us about everything important for New Zealand with the help of several detailed Power Point presentations. She helped us a lot with setting up the bank account, the SIM card and the IRD number. She was also there for us when we had questions about a job search or private questions and the greatest thing is that we can also contact her at any time we need help. It gives security, especially for solo travelers.”

“We had an amazing orientation week with Louise in Auckland. She was very friendly and capable. The meetings every morning were helping quite a lot and the meeting in the afternoon and evening were so much fun!”

“Louise gave us a very warm welcome in the first few days and was there to help us with any questions or problems. She gave us a good briefing and many helpful tips for traveling alone. If I needed help with something in between, she was able to help me a lot and made the initial phase a lot easier for me. I am very happy that I was accompanied so well the first few days. “Jessie has been such an amazing and supportive person to help me organise my 12 month working holiday in the USA. “Hannah and the JENZA team have been so informative throughout my whole process — from submitting my initial application, to questions even after being given my POE. Hannah has gone above and beyond and I'm so appreciative! Friendly, empathetic and professional, I have felt completely supported. Also, I know having worked in customer support how challenging it can be, especially during busy periods. Despite this, response time was so quick and all my questions were answered in detail. Can't thank you all enough, in particular Hannah!”
