“I have an expensive, high-end Bose QuietControl 30 and was so disappointed when a loud crackle developed in the left earbud speaker. I was so happy, however, to find that Joe's repairs QuietControl 30s because buying a new wireless headphone of similar quality would cost me $300 or more. I mailed my Bose in through Joe's easy-to-understanding shipping instructions and videos. Joe's repaired my Bose in a timely manner and shipped it back. It works like new! Thank you Joe's for providing this repair solution. You saved me a lot of money.”

“I had an issue with Beats Solo headphones. Locating someone to fix them where I live was a real problem. Fortunately, I located an ad for Joe's on the web. They were located on the West Coast and I am on the East Coast. After communcating with them via text, I sent them my headphones and am very happy I did. They did an excellent repair job and completed it in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend them based on my experience!”

“OMG!!! The best n smoothed experience ever!! Shipped my beats headphones in about 3 days got a confirmation that they received them, then a day later they give me a quote n tell me what is wrong n how much to fix, paid for right away n by not even 2 days later they were fixed n on its ways back to me!!! My beats looked brand new when I got them back.I give them a A++++ all the way around.. 5 stars would recommend to everyone n I will be using them again if I ever need anything fixed , so happy with their service!!!!”

“Yes joe GE helped out with a quick repair for my beats studio head phones second generation. Excited about the price I saved on overall repair to my head phones. Basically head phone pads replaced and a part that was cracked on the band was fixed to new and now great repair and simple new headphones. Thanks Joe’s Ge.”
