“I needed to repair my Bose QC30 headphones. Joes GE diagnosed the problem by phone and sent the part (neckband) promptly. With the help of their easy to follow repair video I repaired the headphones with patience and the right tools; it wasn't difficult. Saved me lots of $$ as these have been my favorites for travel and work for years. I hope they get more neckbands in stock so I can repair my wife's old pair and have an extra set on hand to fix them again in another 5 years!”
