“I had reach out to Joe's GE because my Fitbit smart watch would no longer hold a charge. Before I even sent the item to them, I reach out via their very user-friendly website and inquired what the issues might be. They responded back in a timely manner and explained that it wasn't a battery issue, but rather a motherboard that needed replacing. I shipped my watch to them using a pre-printed shipping label. Joe's GE was exceptional good at keeping me updated once they received my watch, began fixing it, and even the time of repair. All of which occurred within the time-frame they had indicated. “WOW was I lucky... after receiving a new Fitbit, it would not hold a charge. We tested several different chargers. Nothing works more than 5 minutes. I started researching a possible quick fix but I found Joe’s! Shipped and returned FIX within a week. Thanks Joe’s. Good to know a Great and fair price company is available for needed support.”
