“This is my third time going through Joe's to fix my headphones. I will never go through anyone else! Customer service is excellent and their repairing skills are phenomenal! “I sent my fitbit to Joe's and they replaced the battery and back plate for a very fair price. They were great to communicate with and kept me in the loop on the process. I already sent them another Fitbit (wife's) to work on. Its great to be able to revive these expensive electronics from death, rather than send them to the landfill. I highly recommend these folks.”
