“Amazing service and quality of work! We brought the Beats into Apple and their response was to buy a new one. I found JoesGE online and was immediately impressed. The process was easy and the service was done quickly with frequent status updates. I would recommend highly! Our Beats came back better than new.”

“Couldn't have had a better repair experience. Website to send in my fitbit was extremely easy to use. Response from Joes GE with a reasonable quote was extremely quick, as was the repair (battery replacement) and delivery back to by home. My watch is working as well as it ever did and I'm completely satisfied. I'd highly recommend Joes GE to anyone with a fitbit that has a faulty battery (and it seems there are many!).”

“Started off I didn’t think my Fitbit Ionic could be repaired, then I found JoesGE. Thought I just needed a battery, but the tech found a compromised screen. I did not want to spend any extra money, but he gave me a package deal. The Ionic arrived doing great and hasn’t skipped a beat since. OBTW, these folks are much better to work with than the Fitbit folks.....”
