“Customer service was excellent. Kept me inform on receipt of my bests and repair them for half of the cost that apple wanted to charge. I would highly recommend Joes to anyone.”

“Team at Joes GE did exactly what they said they would do on a repair job, both price and work. They kept me up to date and it was clear when I had a choice to continue with the repair or not at the quoted price. The only issue I had was minor, I had to add a small amount of postage on their prepaid postage to send the item for repair as it weighed a fraction of an ounce more than they had figured. They made up for it with efficiency and the friendly way they communicate.”
