“This was a great experience. I put my headphones in bubble wrap, found a mailing envelope, and used the pre-printed label that they provided, which meant I could just leave it on my porch for the mail carrier to pick up. They emailed me promptly with an estimate, and I gave the okay. Soon thereafter, they mailed the headphones back - fixed! It was so much easier than driving around town, hoping to find a place to fix them. I definitely recommend. - A Colorado customer”

“I needed my brand new beats fixed after our family puppy decided to chew on them. I thought they were going in the cycle bin. But i looked up joes online. It was really easy. Pick out my problems summited my repair request. I recieved a postal label and sent them in. With in 1 week the ninjas over at joes had them repaired and sounding great. I have already sent in an older pair of beats in for repair. Trust them....I do! I have to have my music!”
