The left speaker to my Beats by Dre stop working. I shipped them in to Jose GE for repair. They did a great job. They returned the headphones in a timely manner without issue. The price was high for a simple fix but hey, what can you do.

The product came in great condition and working awesome!! One recommendation I have is that it would be useful to include instructions on setting up the product for example: I ordered a Fitbit for my boyfriend but it came with no instructions (we figured it out in the end), but we were confused and it took a bit to figure out.

I repaired my beats a few months It arrived perfectly. But now they are ruined because idk what parts they used to repair the headphones but the "B" part on the left side where the headphones were repairs have scratched off and had a paint-like texture peeling and the glue used have come off as well as the cushion. I tried to glue the cushion back on but it means to be not working as the leather is peeling. I spent a lot for the repair but now I have to buy new ones (p.s I take care of my beats)

Repair was done exactly right on dates promised (replace broken plastic headband on Beats), but cost alot.

Once they found my misplaced head phones, they repaired it effectively. Despite several contacts by me, I never got a response back nor did anyone ever tell me what happened to my head phones. It took over three months for the repair.

Hey Al. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We always strive to deliver the best experience on the market. In regards to your case in particular. We sent an invoice and didn't receive a payment for three months. When we called four times and left voicemail we didn't get any calls back. Once you received your headphones we replied to all your questions immediately. If you have anything we can help you out with in the future just call us back :)
Actually, my beats headphone that were fixed by Joe's broke again!
