You repaired my fitbit watch band. Unfortunately, the band does not stay attached to the watch. It becomes undone and I fear losing the watch.

Hi. After having the screen replace, the only way to open the watch is to press the dial. This was not the case before. I simply had to turn my watch upright toward my face. Can you rectify this problem? Cheryl \252.571.1139

The good news: The actual battery replacement happened quickly and the shipping in both directions was both simple and timely. The bad news: The repair was on the expensive side and the fitbit I had repaired works only mildly better than when I sent it in.

The service was fantastic! Very easy and I was kept in the loop during the entire process. However, the battery replaced on my Fitbit barely lasts a day. The previous battery, when new, would last up to 5 days without charging. Not sure if the new one is a completely different brand but I was hoping for an equally powerful replacement.

the work on the Beats was done very well. The only con was the time laps it took to get them returned to me. It took over 2 1/2 months from the time that the item was received at their shop.

Repair was very good, just time from sending it in to get it back was a lot longer than they said. It took almost 1 1/2 months.

They did a great job at fixing the hinges from my beats solo 3 and I appreciate it very much. The only thing I didn’t like was the pricing. But anyway, I recommend joe’s for this kind of job.

The speaker is working now that had stopped because faulty wire. I noticed issues happening after receiving back that I didn't have issues with before and now do, when calls come in it shuts off and goes to my phone or glitches while playing music now. I'm happy they work but wasn't expecting new issues at about 100 to repair the wire. Customer service was great I never contacted about new issues as I never saw anything about a warranty and I didn't want to be without them for another 2 weeks or so.

The service was nice and helped me get my beats fixed. Though, I did have two problems with them. I texted about my issue and was told it could be resolved for 70-80 dollars. Come to find out after I send them in, they cost 150. The estimate was nowhere near the real cost. However they did discount them down to 120. Secondly, they made the mistake of sending my beats back with a broken charger port. I had to file a warranty claim and send them back in, only to wait another two weeks for my beats. It was nice that it was a free repair. These were my two problems with this company; other than this, I can say I was very happy with the service I received from this company and am glad I can enjoy my beats once again.

Thanks for the feedback! We gave you an estimated cost of $70 to replace the bluetooth in your headphones and had not been made aware that you had taken them apart to work on them. The main internal wire had been damaged as well which is where the additional cost came from. My beats was repaired and worked for 2 weeks after that it just stop working

I got the headphones and they weren’t cleaned. Emailed Joes right away and they apologized and sent me a return slip that day. I returned them and got a full refund. Customer service was great! It was just honest, we messed up and here’s your money back. I’d order from them again because I’ve heard good things.
