“I was relieved to find a company to repair my studio beats, the charge port broke. Still practically brand new (looking) and considering what I paid for them new, I couldn’t throw them out just cuz they wouldn’t charge. I mean, I almost did until I found this site. Joe’s GE made the entire process a breeze-I didn’t know what version mine were, their website cleared that right up. They were fixed, back and charging before I knew it. Been using them again ever since”

“I had trouble getting a shipping label at first, but once I was in communication with the company, everything moved quickly and smoothly. I am very pleased with how fast my headphones were fixed and returned. I did not want to part with these particular ones and apple wanted almost the cost of new headphones to fix them. The price was fair, the shipping was free, the repair was awesome, the communication was great (once I did get in touch with them). I was skeptical at first, but I found positive reviews for them on Facebook, so I took the chance. I am very happy with that choice.”

“Joes GE was fabulous! I called Apple to repair a pair of headphones and was quoted $200. I then went to the internet and found Joe's. I wasn't sure what to think but everything on line seemed professional and the reviews were very good. So I took a chance and was SOOOO happy. The headphones were repaired quickly, I received them back in 10 days, in perfect shape for 1/3 the cost. I will definitely use Joe's again!”

“Joe’s GE provided great service, from help with shipping the Fitbit to them to post service recommendation on how to care for the device to prevent future problems. The Fitbit is like new. Since this is a small item the cost of FedEx added quite a bit to the cost of repair. Finding a bit cheaper shipping method would help justify making repairs like this one over buying new device. It is very difficult to find Fitbit repair services anywhere. Certainly I could not find anyone in Canada to do this. I am very satisfied with the service and recommend Joe’s GE as repair provider.
